The truth is that the clothes seem very nice and of good quality to me. But as for the service, it seems pretty bad to me. They should have people who know how to serve. Apart from that, the day I came I had to wait 40 minutes because they decided to close all the dressing rooms just because one was dirty.

The manager is a literal B**** and I do not say that lightly. She is rude, clearly hates her job and it shows. I went to return an item ONE day past the 14 day return policy and explained my child was in the hospital all week with RSV and she told me verbatim "that is your problem not mine" she was so disgustingly rude and when I called customer service they said she 100% could have honored the refund but instead she gave me a store credit and unfortunately they couldn't do anything at that point. The store is also filthy constantly. I have worked retail, women like this lady give entire brands/companies bad reps because of ignorant and rude they are for NO reason.

dresses are missing strings, broken falling apart, rude employees not helpful gave me an attitude, dresses are bad and expensive i bough two dresses for the price of one and still had more money to spend, will not be shopping again. SAVE YOUR MONEY!!

This is an awesome store with nice selection of dresses, shoes, & accessories. Wish it was closer to us as we drive 25 minutes there. The staff at Windsor Willowbrook Mall location always provide exceptional assistance.Also want to thank one of the managers, Lauren. She has consistently gone above and beyond to address our questions and concerns. Her willingness to help, along with the effort to locate garments at other stores when sizes were unavailable, showcases a commitment to customer satisfaction. Lauren's professionalism and helpful demeanor have made our experiences at Windsor truly positive. We appreciate the outstanding service and support she provides. Thank you, Lauren!

There was only one nice girl out of the 5 working. We had to wait 20 minutes for them to give us change (which was less than $15 btw). Store is a mess, please get better workers.

Great prom selection of dresses! Various lengths and sizes. These are perfect for teens instead of trying to fit into a woman's dress. So many associates to help you. There are so many colors of the rainbow and beyond to chose from. I ended buying 2 dresses. When you have to make a choice and you don't have to because the prices are super reasonable! Just know, there are no exchanges and returns on these special occasions dresses which I LOVE knowing that someone has NOT worn it!!!!!

My daughter needs to buy a dress and they decided to close fitting rooms 2 hours before closing the store. They said not enough employees. Ridiculous !!And they want customers to just buy without trying it on!!

I found this gem of a store recently. I went to the Willowbrook mall to find a dress for my friend's wedding and I really a gem. I got a dress, shoes, and a bracelet right in a good budget. The two ladies that were working were amazing as well. They both really took the time to help me put the outfit together, were very informative and really just had beautiful personalities! I can't wait to go back because they also had really cute clothes for everyday ware as well !

Went into dressing room after waiting almost a half hour in line trying to get a dress for my fiancé for a family event. Went into dressing room with her as the only place to sit was a ledge inside the dressing room and i have a leg injury which makes it painful to stand for a long time. Now, this Ogre of a woman salsperson with the worst half and half grown out roots dyed hair bangs on the door repeatedly and aggressively, yelling at us that if one of us doesnt get out now, we both have to leave the store as if we were teenage kids fooling around in there or something when she was just trying to squeeze into this body con gown and i was just trying to rest my leg for a minute and help her get the thing over her head. One day that individual is gonna end up doing that to someone who may have special needs and requires assistance. Ridiculous and embarassing.
