Customer service is very bad. The guy (not the skinny guy) at the cash register was attending the customers with no patience. Couldn’t answer simple questions about golf. Saturday around 2-2:30 pm.

95% of balls here are totally bald and should be discarded. Great location and good range. But horrible balls.

The miniature golf courses were a lot of fun. The only problem with the courses was the amount of trash that was/is never cleaned up by the staff. The courses could be really extraordinary if a little effort was put into maintaining the greens/turf.

Double decker driving range. Each spot has its own propane heater and most of them are fully functioning. This makes for a great way to spend a cold day. The facility also has clean bathrooms, a golf pro shop, small putting green, and an adjoining put-put golf course. Reasonable prices and located near Willowbrook Mall and Home Depot.

NSFW:I come here a lot and generally speaking, it’s one of the better golf ranges that is clean and maintained well. They have early bird specials that are great deals. They have a huge mini golf course that’s great for kids or fun dates.Just recently though, we noticed an injured bird sitting in the middle of the path on the second floor.We alerted management and they turned a blind eye and did not do anything. Very disturbing.

I've been here a lot. It's a nice golf range with early bird specials. Gets super crowded. Recently there was an injured bird on the second floor and we told them about it and they refused to do anything. The bird at the time of the picture is still alive and sitting still, in the middle of the path.Why would an establishment leave a bird with blood on the floor?

My sons (7 and 10) have been asking to mini golf here for so long and we finally made it! We went with the single 18 hole course and when we were finishing my boys asked to do the second 18 hole mini golf course. I said sure, let me just go in and pay the difference so we can do the second course. (When we got there, the sign said 1 course was $12/adult, $10/kid and both courses were $18/adult, $15/kid.) I went in and asked to pay the difference to do the second course and I was told no, that the “deal” was only for when we are first walking in. I reiterated to him that he’s choosing to turn me away and not take my money as opposed to allowing me to pay the difference, and he said yes. I then asked for a manager and he said he was the manager. After having a nice mini golfing experience, this left a bad taste and I left with disappointed kids.

I recently conducted business with Michael Hong, the owner/manager of Willowbrook Golf, and was left disappointed by the experience. Our transaction was less than satisfactory, with Mike's demeanor coming across as both rude and unaccommodating. Given this encounter, I cannot recommend Willowbrook Golf to others.

In my recent interactions with Michael Hong, the head of Willowbrook Golf, I found the experience lacking. The business exchange was subpar, with Mike appearing inconsiderate and rigid. Consequently, I'm reluctant to suggest Willowbrook Golf to peers.

My second time playing mini golf here. Once was in winter and the course was rundown and dead as expected but it was a great time. Driving range was fine. People were being pushy waiting for the stall but it is what it is. Tonight we went with a group of 6 and had a great time but waited a bit for each round. There is trash in the the water and lots of old pencils and score cards scattered about the course. There was a woman who walked right through our game and set her baby down to run around on the green which wasn’t cool but it is what it is. Not the best but a good time and a fair price.

It's getting 3 stars because the entrance.Once in the parking lot, it's great, but getting to the parking lot is annoying.For one, the entrance is coming off a merge lane & the entrance quickly approaches. Second part that makes the first issue worse is, unless you've been here, you will pull into the pizzeria next door because the Willowbrook Golf Entrance sign is 100% blocked by foliage; showing a lack of care/passion for their business.If you miss the entrance, the only way to get into the parking lot, without breaking the law, is taking 10-45min to go all the way around. You need to hop back on the highway and take multiple exits to flip around, and if you mess up on one of those intricate exits, have fun adding another 10min or more to your trip.Missing the entrance once is almost a big enough buzzkill to cancel or go somewhere else to golf.
