This branch does not have the competency to conduct professional banking- forget banking, have the right manners to conduct business. They will keep complaining shortage of staff, not enough day to work, not enough this, not enough that…Looks like the only thing they have is enough chiefs but not enough braves around.They do not have the courtesy to follow up on your inquiries, or give you a call back. As a customer you have to all the digging and try to reach someone who knows what he or she is doing to find out about the status of simple transactions. They can not seem to delegate simple business processes and in case if you reach someone they keep coming up with childish excuses.No good banking, no good business…

Because of covid-19 my branch is temporarily closed. I was directed to this branch since they have a drive up. I went only with my debit card since I was expecting to go inside the bank. The woman who took care of me at the drive up was so pleasant and so helpful. She gave me what I needed and was so quick. I appreciate the kindness I was shown and thank Wells Fargo for making sure the customers are taken care of during this time.

I stumbled upon this location by accident. I had no idea that it was even here. I was on my way to Fun Creation Studio to pick up my pottery, and Wells Fargo was right off the exit from Route 23 North. You might ask how I've been to the pottery place without noticing the bank, but that answer is simple. I usually take the back roads since I'm usually coming from Totowa. I walked in and was promptly greeted by one of the bankers. On this occasion I had a few checks to deposit as well as wanting to withdraw some cash. The banker was extremely helpful and efficient. Overall, a good experience. Now that I know this location is here, I'll make sure to stop by again when I'm in the vicinity.

Poor Service Credit cards Not Issued - Blamed Post Office Overcharged on my Mortgage, and then they cam crawling back with a repayment. Debit Card Cancelled after I OKed overseas spending with bank. By no fault of my own, I was left with no cards and now cash. And no-one is accepting blame or responsibility. Really Wells Fargo? J.C. Simpson
