Emily from Internet Sales and Tom in sales were great. I told them what I wanted and that I wished to shop remotely. They respected my wishes, treated me with respect and made my needs a priority. Highly recommend that you reach out to Tom if you go in to shop and Emily if shopping remote. Tom explained all the features and helped me get the car set up and synched. That made a big difference. Wonderful price and features on my Forester.

I worked with David over the phone and he was an absolute pleasure to work with. Very kind, straightforward, and communicative. Though I did not make my purchase here, I would recommend working with him and would consider doing business with him in the future!

Mark was the worst sales manager this place ever, had made customers run a away. Going to Ramsey Auto group to buy my Subaru now. Mark added on all these fees.

I purchased a new Forester at this dealership. My son purchased one a few months ago as well. Sean was the salesman. He was a pleasure to deal with. Very thorough, also very patient as I had a lot of questions. He took his time and went over everything with me. I brought my wife back the next visit and he went through things again. I highly recommend him. The Business/Finance manager Anthony was also a pleasure. Took his time as we went through paperwork. Overall a great experience. Highly recommend Wayne Subaru, as well as Sean and Anthony.

I talked with someone over email and phone at Wayne Subaru over the course of a week. We were figuring out the best vehicle for the price point we wanted. We were interested in the Outback because they had a great promotion going on for 2.9% APR. I made it very clear that I wanted as much done and in writing before I came to the dealership because I hate wasting time and sitting there for 5 hours. I was assured that if I scheduled an appointment and came in that they would expedite the process and get the deal done. We agreed to come in on a Saturday, my only day off that week. After a short test drive, I realized I didn't love the car, and my credit was a bit shy of qualifying for the 2.9%, the reason I was considering an Outback in the first place. So we asked about a Crosstrek that was in showroom. What happened next could have been easily explained with no problems. But instead, their finance guy came over, and in an annoyed, borderline angry tone, talked down to my wife and I about how the promotional rate was for the Outback only, and even or current rate was not applicable to other models. We were a bit confused by this so asked why that was, and what models did have the rate. He proceeded to repeat he's not going to argue with us (definitely wasn't an argument), and how that's "just the way it is". After leaving the desk, we talked it over and decided we still wanted the Outback, despite the rude finance manager. Then we were informed that not only would the car not be ready to take home that day, but they wouldn't even be able to finish the paperwork that day either. So on top of wasting my time, we had to deal with a terribly rude pencil pusher who didn't like customers asking questions. If you want a Subaru, avoid the one in Wayne on rt23 like the plague. Go to Paul Miller instead. They gave us a better deal, and were more than happy to explain anything we asked in detail. Ask for Alex.

Traded my Subaru Legacy 2015 for a Subaru Crosstrek 2024 last week. Not only am I extremely satisfied and happy with my decision... I can't say enough about my car buying experience with Juan (sales) and Phil the manager and Jason with financing. They all went above and beyond to educate me about my vehicle, the trade-in process, the service packages, and financing. I was treated like family... not just another buyer!

We truly appreciate the homey, no-pressure atmosphere at Wayne Subaru. We weren’t ready to buy when we visited last spring and asked our salesman, Matthew, not to call us until June; he honored our request and it was such a relief not to be bombarded with phone calls, emails, etc. He and the manager and financial manager were unfailingly polite, informative and knowledgeable. Our new Outback is the fourth Subaru in our family and the second one purchased from Wayne. We are very happy customers!

Wayne Subaru is the worst!!!They bait and switched me. I saw a vehicle on Edmund’s that was being sold by this dealer, I made an appointment to test drive it, Dave color said it was still available, and when I got there they couldn’t “find” the car. What a joke!

We just purchased a subaru outback from Sale Jimmy. From the beginning looking at the car, i expected to get more knowledge and comparisons between outback and forester. I think he needs to gain some more features and details on the car which he tried to sell. We were serious buyers and looking forward to get more info. However, he was really patient, really nice to help us out through the whole process. At the last stage, their finacial manager Anthony was super super nice not like other dealership which was trying to sell lots of adds on, and explained all the details which we signed. Excellent excellent Anthony . Great Deal and great interest Rates ! Lots of inventory !

Their sales staff, namely Matthew, never pushed us, never the hard-sell approach. He and his boss were good listeners. Between my wife and myself and everyone we were able to craft the perfect car for us, a 2024 Crosstrek at the price we could afford.

We have now bought two cars from Wayne Subaru - obviously the product it goes without saying is tried and true, but the thing that makes Wayne Subaru stand out is their up front way of working through the car buying experience with you and treating clients with respect. We needed a 7-8 passenger vehicle due to a growing family, and with my due date very near we were running out of time. We were deciding between the ascent and another comparably sized car from a different company. We started at the other dealership and from the second we walked in, we were lied to and not given clear numbers or direct answers. We left straight for Wayne Subaru as my husband had had such a an amazing experience with them years ago, and from the second we walked in the door, I can't describe the 180 in experience. We were greeted warmly, given great service right away, and our salesman Sean Donnelly was able to give us clear numbers and options that would meet our needs and budget. I can't thank Sean and the team enough for making the treacherous experience of car buying as painless as it possibly can be. Next time, we'll start with Wayne Subaru to save ourselves the frustration of the typical dealership runaround!
I also wanted to add, I should have known to start with WS, because when I just placed an inquiry to set up a test drive, I immediately got a call from Jackie who was so kind and helpful on the phone. She kept me updated about inventory leading up to our appointment and was flexible with our schedule. It was great to be cared for before we even walked in, and this made you guys drastically stand out from our other appointment as well.
