Came in for an oil change. Process was simple. FYI parking is right in front of building. It was difficult to make out the parking at first, as the lot was filled. As soon as we walked in there was a line , decided to go to the Express line - only to be directed back towards the regular line. Mike was our service advisor and was helpful along the way. He provided good service. You also get a series of texts along the way with what maintenance needs to be done- you can accept or decline. When everything was done, I noticed my keys/keychain was very dirty. The mechanic had no regard with the handling of my keys/keychain. My keychain was in good condition prior to drop off and I couldn't clean the grease stains off. Customer service overall could be better. The attention did not feel warm or welcoming.

Yesterday I was driving on RT202 S and I hit a pot hole, my tire blew out, I was right near Wayne Subaru service location. I pulled into the lot and after a quick discussion with Mike, service manager, I was able to get my tire changes and the spare put on my Chevrolet Trax. They were so nice and accommodating and the price $29.95 was reasonable. Thank you again, everyone at Wayne Subaru, a bad situation was made better because of all your help.

My last post from 3 years ago still stands true today (3/23/24). Yet again the service manager, Jerry, and his team earn 5 stars from this damsel in distress. Another blowout on route 23 in the pouring rain. NJM roadside came quickly BUT the attendant couldn't get my spare out of my Outback. He was hammering away at something and to my surprise, had bent the bolt holding the spare in place and could not get the tire out. One frantic call to Jerry and without hesitation, he sent one of his team to my rescue who was able to saw the bold and get the spare tire out. Thank you again Wayne Subaru service team! I don't know what I would do without you!2021-This service department goes above and beyond. I am so grateful for their amazing customer service. Not only did they honor the warranty on my tires, but the service manager came and changed my flat and had a replacement tire for me all within an hour. I should mention this was on Saturday afternoon, Labor Day weekend. Being their customer certainly paid off. Amazing job Wayne Subaru service team! Thank you!Services: Wheel alignment

poor customer service, sales not up with the times. I tried to give David Volpe the easiest sale of his life. They were unwilling to complete the sale site unseen with me setting up shipping and doing a wire transfer. He said they could hold the car for 2 days, so I made arrangement with a friend who has a small plan to go see it (and take my whole saturday to do so). I double checked all the care info Friday night and a very similar deal popped up in an adjacent state. I called and they were happy to make the sale remotely and let me ship the care. I messaged David immediately so he could call on of the "3 other people who are interested in the car". Saturday morning, he replied with a rude and blaming email that I did not deserve.

This was my 3rd service center after struggling to get something fixed on my newly lease car which came with defects. First service center passed off my case as being a new car that needed to be broken in. Second place found what the issue was and made adjustments which made driving much better, but it was not 100%. And both service centers listened and answered me with an assumption that driver was a fault, or that I had unreasonable expectations from the car. When I came here, the mechanic went on the test drive with me. He was able to feel and detect what the issue was right away. And that alone was such a big relief, because my first few month with this car has been hell. And and top of that he was quick to get to repair so I wouldn't wait too long.I just want to the mechanic that attended me, thank you very much. Thanks to you, I'm finally able to drive my new car comfortably and with a peace of mind.

A+++ to the service manager Jerry!! Jerry was very kind and courteous with me about the issue I was having with my car. He knew I was beyond frustrated when I first called him and he was bring it down. I will take care of you 100%. WOW did he make me feel confident after trying 2 other dealerships for service. He listened carefully to my concern and provided me with the correct solution. He is extremely knowledgeable about the Subaru service department. Jerry went above and beyond with me!!! He was able to diagnose the lights that were coming on my dashboard after Lynne Subaru in Bloomfield tried to fix it 4 times. All they would do is clear the codes and send me on my way. Jerry dug deep into his knowledge and experience to get to the root of the issue. I was also spoken to throughout the day on updates via text which I greatly appreciated from Mike. The issue was not the valve cover error but the torque converter. This is what a true service manager does! Does not give up and uses all of his resources to make my car 100%. Jerry also gave me a loaner without me even asking due to the time he really wanted to take on my car. This is my NEW service provider going forward! JERRY THANK YOU!!!!!

Excellent experience. Used to go to another service location before moving to the area and what a difference in customer service and actual service/diagnosis of my vehicle. Dealers have a reputation for long list of things to be replaced but where I came from [Englewood Subaru] I have never seen any of things they [Wayne] listed wrong with my car before that pose as a danger while driving. Having the car almost 10 years 100kmiles plus, you think someone would say something in between that time. I appreciate and recommend Wayne Subaru Service.

How does this place have only 3 stars. Every time I bring my Subaru here Brian is AMAZING (as is the rest of the staff). They are honest and fairly priced for a dealership. I have always been treated wonderfully. They break down every bill detail and are honest with what needs to be done and what can wait (which is good when you have an older Subaru). I will be bringing my Subaru and future Subarus here. Thanks Wayne Subaru!

It was just past their closing time in the parts department 2 days ago when I just HAD to get the availability on a few small parts. They didn't have what I needed on hand but all 3 people there did all they could to find out how to set me in the right direction. This they did and without complaint given the late hour. My hat is off to them. Couldn't get better service than that.Service: Battery
