Car shut down on road called them told me bring it in my wife told them what happened. Been there since Monday they Saif it was bary which I think was bull. Call me yesterday tell me it's done leave my job go there pay them. Then as I'm going to leave check engine light and Antioch break light are on. Go back in and tell guy he says can't be so I show him outside. Needless to say still there called them still waiting for updates some counter receptionist said they would call Mr back. I am gonna destroy this places reputation. Have a great day

I came in to purchase my first car which was a nerve wrecking experience. I had so much anxiety because it's something I've never done before. I know that I was so annoying because I kept asking to see different cars and changing my decision but he was patient and reassuring. He was also super personable with an A+ personality! When you go to Wayne Mazda please ask for Ian.. you will not regret it!

I mostly do food reviews but I really felt the need to give a review to a great auto dealership, Wayne Mazda. We have been dealing with this dealership for many years, having both purchased and leased and I just can't say enough, what a great experience it is every time. The people who work here are great and I have to give special props to our salesman, Steve Zagoric, who we have been dealing with for many years. Steve treats us like family every time we come and goes above and beyond to make sure we are completely satisfied with our buying experience. Whether it be working with us on price, providing us with some great unexpected bonuses or making sure we are treated special every step of the way, Steve does it all. I would also be remiss, if I didn't mention our finance manager, Mark, who went out of his way to find us a competitive interest rate during tough times where the rates are sky high. Not only this, but in the short time we spent with him, his friendly and caring demeanor made us feel like we've known him for years. I also have to mention the Service Department, which is first class, providing videos after they've completed their work showing you exactly what they've done, not to mention the free oil changes which are really great. It is a busy dealership and you will wait, but definitely worth it. Finally, I have to say that even though we have moved to South Jersey, we will continue to come up north to be able to keep doing business with this great car dealership.

I was also looking for a vehicle. Last week only we bought a Mazda CX-5 for one of my friends from Wayne Mazda. I was still confused between Toyota RAV 4, Hyundai Tucson SEL, Honda CRV, and Mazda CX5/ CX50. I took my time, researched, and finally, I got settled on Mazda CX50. There were a couple of features that were not available in the CX-5 so I moved to the CX-50, also it has that beast look so Yep CX50 was the one for me, but the thing is I wanted to get CX50 at a good price so I called their Internet sales manager (Jason Remache), We were negotiating a deal, I offered him one number, he was not agreed but I was like hey if you wanna deal with me then I won't go above this number. Then he put me on hold for 15-20 minutes, talked to his manager and he said if I wanted to steal at this price I have to come down today and put in some deposit. I was ready big time, so I reached there by 6:30 and Jason was there, we talked, he connected me with Carlos, and we figure it out yeah that's a good one.we test-drove the car, initially, I was not satisfied because it has that noise, also the ceiling height was low though the ground clearance was high, but Carlos walked me through all the other good features. Still, I was not that satisfied, I slept over it. The next day I called Carlos and said hey I wanna test drive again and I want to take this vehicle on Interstate highway, he agreed. We reached there on Saturday; I knew Saturday is a very crowded day for any dealership, so this time Carlos did not come with us. We test-drove the car for 25-30 miles. Somehow, I was satisfied this time, and we finally booked the car. I put $2,500 deposit and booked CX-50. We finalized the deal at a good APR rate (0.9% APR) and yeah, the deal was tough, but I was adamant that I won't go above this number, and somehow, we both agreed.We went there after a week and Carlos was keeping this car ready. Soul red color was looking very pretty. The whole process was done within 45 minutes because I was continuously in touch with Carlos. He kept the paperwork ready, he kept everything ready, the finance manager Nalda was helpful she offered us some policy which we politely declined. I know all the plays because as I mentioned we have got a new car for one of my friends last week, so I knew this play. I declined all the extra insurance which the finance measure was giving me. I just put a down payment ($15,000), the rest financed with their in-house MFS (Mazda Financial Services) for 0.9% APR and yeah it was in and out within 90 minutes.we drove our new car happily. Carlos was very helpful I need to mention Carlos's name because he was patient while delivering the car, he made sure I know all the details, and he spent a good 30-40 minutes answering all my questions. He said that if you have any more questions, you can message me anytime. During the whole process, there was no pressure. He assured me that he will assist me even after the purchase.Also, Wayne Mazda offers free oil changes for a lifetime. I know there's a long waiting at their side and I know there would be some catch (tire rotating, filter, labor cost - but that's the same everywhere) but I still got a good deal I got a very good deal because Wayne Mazda has that much inventory, they have 200-300 cars in the inventory so they can deal with you.If you are looking for Mazda, yep there are other Mazda dealers and I have reached out to them but I the negotiation or offer that Wayne Mazda can give you I doubt any other dealer can give.Now the real challenge starts- Their service, let's see how it goes - hope I get the same attention as I was getting while buying a new car

I must save my experience with Wayne Mazada was great. Stephen Z.(sales) And Mike (financial dept) we're amazing people to work with. Very knowledgeable men. Made my 1st time leasing experience great. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends and family.

Really not sure what's going on with this dealership. Bought a vehicle in 2018 and had the vehicle serviced regularly there until COVID. Now it is almost impossible to get a realistic service appointment and if you ask why the next appointment is 8-10 weeks away you get some BS about how they are so busy, so in demand and I should know and book well in advance. Basically it sounds as if they are struggling and cannot get the staff. The staff don't seem to care about the customer at all and just spout generic BS lines. Shame, it would be nice to be able to use the free oil changes I was promised when I bought the car. Guess I will go to a different dealership if I buy again.

Mike was a great GM, just found out he's no longer there. Which explains why this dealership has reverted back to its old ways. Three hours to change a tire? Are you fng kidding me? Correct me if Im wrong, but when you pay extra each month for coverage, it should be five times faster. Not five times slower. This California company they use for their tire warranties has to go. Ridiculous. Avoid this dealer at all costs.

Have bought 2 Mazdas and rented a third over the past 15 years from Wayne Mazda, and have spent thousands of dollars on maintenance over that time. I just called to make a service appointment and was told the next available opening wasn't until March 2023. Guess I'll be buying my next car from another dealer.

I'm one of the people who had a great buying experience. Naz and Richard worked with me on price for a CX-5, and I think I got a good deal, especially by pandemic standards. It's a busy dealership- expect to spend some time there- but they've provided friendly service so far. Now I'm driving around in my Mazda (no one there really gets the Zoom Zoom reference anymore, but that's okay). Inventory is still an issue, so go test drive earlier than you think you need to. I haven't had to go in for service yet, but I imagine I'll need to plan that far in advance too, because a lot of reviews seem to deal with timing. Highly recommend buying there!
