Booked this place for the night as I needed a quick rest(nice and renovated) entered the room and shortly saw roaches on the wall casually walking like there your friend. I immediately left and called for a refund. The front desk clerk talks over you and then hangs up the phone. Avoid this place at all cost. Lastly not to mentioned I brought pests home with me.

The only thing going for this spot, is the bed is nice. Floor was dirty, tiny pillows and dish towels for bathe towels...they r crazy asking 130$ a nite
Rooms: Extremely disappointed with the room ...the pillows & towels were ghetto dollarstore stuff

Reeks of Jersey Slime. Pure Jerry Springer. Vulgar guests in the filthiest motel in America. Don't stay here. Below grade F. It's dirty. It's unsafe. Sleeping in the car is better. A real warning to anyone who reads this.

Beware of bed bugs! I woke up COVERED in bites. I went downstairs to try and get a refund and they said no! I had to leave everything I brought there with me and had to have my mom bring me new clothes and I had to change in the hallway so I wouldn't recontaminate myself. I don't even understand how it's still open? Save your money and the HUGE BILL you'll get if you bring them things into your house.

To check in I had to go to a different hotel and then drive back. Place is falling apart. Ceiling is falling apart. Broken parts n the bathroom. Dingy. Smells. Lumpy mattress and No sheets. So if I wanted sheets I’d have to drive back to the other hotel. Something in the room caused me to have an allergic reaction. I suspect it’s the mold. Avoid this place. Motel 6 is far cheaper and substantiality nicer. Not sure why anyone would pick this place.

I was in Wayne on business and decided to stay at the Wayne Inn. Less than 24 hours later I woke up with 7 bedbug bites. The carpet - dirty and barely vacuumed. Debris behind the bed, beside the bed, and behind the nightstands. The bathroom - atrocious! The bath tub, shower head and shower tiles has not been scrubbed or cleaned in years! The corners of the bathroom floor - caked with hard, brown "dirt". The shower soap dispenser - caked with black dirt, again appearing to not have not been cleaned in years! I refused to take a shower - I waited until I returned home. I can not believe this place is allowed to remain open. This location should be condemned!!! Someone at the health department is definitely being paid off. If you have the means to stay at a nicer hotel please do so. The Wayne Inn also offers hourly rates which attracts alot of undesirables. There are also people who live at this motel. Lastly, if you have any respect for your partner - DO NOT bring them here. If your partner/friend brings you to this dump - your partner/friend does not respect you and you do not respect yourself. Do not believe the positive reviews. STAY AWAY!!!!

I wish I took more pictures but I just wanted to get out of there!! There isnt a single good thing I can say about this place. DO NOT BOOK, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME, DO NOT BRING YOUR LITTLES, DO NOT BRING UR FAMILY. Should be shut down. And I will be contacting corporate or a manager if there is one and fighting for a refund. And will be calling the cops like others had to, if I must. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!! Didn’t even stay an hour before I booked another hotel. Hell no.
