The worst dealership I ever been in I was ready to get a Mach e GT 2024 I was trading in my 2023 Mach e GT after we signed switch car insurance set my FordPass. They said they made an error in finance. that there’s no 7500 incentive and my monthly skyrocket a waist of 7 hours now the insurance is charging me reactivation fee and I have too set up my ford pass to the old car I love the Mach e I hate ford dealership

My husband & I had a wonderful shopping experience with our sales representative Eric Federico. We didn't feel rushed into making a purchase while going through several selections. Eric did his best into making sure we got what we wanted and that we were content. Once we made our selection the transaction was very fast. What we appreciated the most the time he took to show us how all the features worked before driving off. I highly recommend this dealership. The finance department and all staff were great as well!

All repairs made in a timely fashion at the price I expected them to be, car works well with no new sudden problems. Mechanic walked me through anything I may need to deal with in the near future.

Great service, with very friendly staff who remembered me, even though I only go in for regular maintenance. I chose wayne ford because of the staff and how quickly my car is serviced. There is a ford service center about 5 miles from where I live but its worth the extra 30 min drive for this level of quality service.

I purchased a Ford ranger last year. It was an amazing experience. The salesman Robert Brookes was on point with everything this year. I took it in for 30,000 mile check up. I brought the car in on a Tuesday. I was calling up until Friday and got no response, I finally got in touch with someone and they had no idea how much longer it was going to be. They were shorthanded. I then waited a couple more days. Finally got in touch again and asked how much it was going to be and then when I got the bill, it was an extra $200 , I found customer service horrific and rude and not courteous. They could’ve at least called me back to tell me they were busy but after four days still nothing. Then after getting my truck back, I had a question on the bill and tried to reach Skyler for another four days and she wouldn’t respond. I had to drive an hour out of my way for her to explain one thing on the bill that would’ve easily been rectified if she would’ve just called me back. I recommend them for buying your cars, I do not recommend them for their service department .

Ford F 150, Mustang Mach.
Far from where I live, but still I go there for any service.
Their manager, finance, service, sales, all of them are the best. I strongly recommended to my friends and they bought the vehicle as well. If you are interested in buying or lease the Ford, this is the place.
