“I bought a ring from the location and Jersey City and not even a year of the purchase. I started to notice a color change so I went to the location in Willowbrook to ask if anything can be done For the ring. I wasn’t sure what was gonna come out of it, but the manager and the Willowbrook location Shana was very sweet throughout the whole process and exchanged my ring set and gave me a whole breakdown about what to do just in case I have any trouble in the future.
