John I. Was great at costumer service.A+++I am not a plumber or HVAC guy so i dont speak the language but i showed John a picture of what i needed to fix. He said its an Erie zone valve that is no longer made. John must have spend over 15 min with me on a busy Tuesday morning and he helped me find the simplest solution first without over selling me anything i didn't need. Now my wife and kids have functioning heat in the house. Thank you for your time and help John.
