Cashiers could be nice and polite not making weird sound and cursing loudly in the cashier areas. 1/3 around 7:10 pm.

This pharmacy has been very understaffed for a long time the pharmacist Frank works so hard to keep up with demand. He is literally running. He his a very good Pharmacist and knows his job. You just need to be patient and let him do it.

The staff need help here would be an understatement, they have two people running the whole store and it makes it seem like they don't care about their employees. I see the staff get yelled at here all the time for just doing their jobs.

My husband and I had a COVID 19 booster shot scheduled for today and upon arriving at the store we found out that they decided to close the pharmacy for no apparent reason and didn't notify customers. The people who work in the regular part of the store are just as clueless too. I will be reporting this to Walgreens corporate.

Cashier was not wearing a mask. Vaccinated or not, mandate or not, I only shop places where employees are masked. They're exposed to the public all day, and I don't want their air anywhere near me. Bye Bye Walgreens.

I was told my prescription would be ready in 20 minutes. I was in the store for an hour and a half just looking at the products. I went back to the pharmacy and asked if my prescription was ready the clerk went to the shelf and got it. They never called my name when it was actually ready. It was a waste of time

This establishment is mismanaged, doesn't open on time- many times there are unfriendly and obnoxious staff. In my experience, I've had to wait days for medicines to be filled/refilled. They used to get my Father's and my names confused- we have two totally distinctively different first names. If you don't ask for specifics on pricing they will not apply any benefits that your insurance offers. You have to be mindful and aware when dealing with some pharmacy assistants. This place is famous for not having a proper supply of medicines available at any time. If you aren't there physically waiting on a refill you are placed on very low priority- often missing "closing time". There was a Walgreens on Hamburg Turnpike that was a highly efficient, well organized and friendly place. This a poor excuse for a pharmacy. The only reason this dump is in business is due to it's close proximity to a low income housing project, Edward Sisco Village and Siena Village. Why I go here I question myself, perhaps I should choose another pharmacy. Please G-d close/condemn this "place".
