Been a customer at this branch for years. Back when Fran was the Mgr.. she and staff were always great. Now it’s done a 180 degrees turn around. I stop there at least 1-2 times per week. Always find 3 people sitting at desks and only 1 teller. Sometimes the wait is very annoying. Customer service has gone downhill and fast.

Tried to go there on 12/18/20 but this location is temporarily closed. It not listed here and the phones just ring and ring - no recording stating they are closed and not redirected to another branch.

I got there 5 minutes before closing time, and Mrs Mccarthy said how may I help you ? , I opened an account there, she helped me in the most professional way , got me all set even with online banking , and I was still asking questions 45 minutes after closing time , lol ?But she was so patient and sooooo cool , great customer service and dedication , thank you so much Mrs Mccarthy and sorry for making you work an extra hour after closing , and also sorry for the lady on the counter that had to wait too , happy to open an account with you .Highly recommendThank you.

Its said the drive through is open till 1 pm and it doesn't have a drive through at all you'll need to update your information

I had some very involved banking to deal with ... I can not imagine getting better, more knowledgeable service & assistance anywhere else. Since my Mountainview branch was closed (I was not happy about that) I have adopted the Preakness Avenue branch and although I miss my old branch & the delightful staff at that location, I am happy to have found a new branch where I feel comfortable & valued.

No one even greeted me when I walked in and just looked at me. Staff was extremely rude to me and treated it as if the service I needed didn't matter. Also whispering to one another and very unprofessional. Dismisses me and told me there was nothing they could do to help.
