Very poor service. Agent had me fill out a form and never processed it. She added no value what so ever. Although pleasant about it.

I had a terrible experience the public employee was super rude and very unprofessional with an attitude. She has no manners at all. If you hate your job that much you should just quit.

Rude, unintelligible, and they never make eye contact here. They also don’t follow the script USPS employees are supposed to follow.
