I can’t say enough good things about Nic (the owner) and his incredible team at this UPS Store! They went above and beyond to make sure a time-sensitive package was picked up and delivered same day on time and without a hitch. We called the store expressing the urgency of the package delivery and Nic personally stepped in to coordinate everything and made what felt like a stressful situation completely seamless. Nic went above and beyond and delivered the package himself. The level of care, professionalism, and follow-through was outstanding. This kind of service is rare, and I’m so grateful. Highly recommend this location if you want your package and your peace of mind in good hands! Our company will be forever grateful! Thank you!

The Best UPS store ever!!! Jin is a gentleman and a scholar. I go to this store a lot. He assists with accuracy. He is also Notary! Best service. I have been going here for years. Jin is very honest and works very hard. Please support this store. My box for shipping back was never opened since it got delivered to me. The tape was coming off on the end. The man told me to buy a whole roll of tape for $5.00. He then said “ill give you some but will charge you $2.00” … $2.00 to tape the edge of my box!

this asian guy is the scrooge of this town. would make you pay for his screw up. if you have some printing on copy paper to de done he’s damn good at it. anything larger than a cooy paper dont even try here. he’s good at hitting that file - print - ok button and done.
and collect your amazon return box.

LOVE this UPS store and the Manager/Owner! This is the BEST UPS store that I have ever been to. I know I can always count on getting the assistance I need with great support from the manager/owner from there. I have been to several UPS stores in the past but this one is the very best and I will be forever a loyal customer. 5 star. Totally recommend!
