Rawan was the best to come out of it (3/3/24) This store usually has a lot of products and goodies, but they seemed to have been lacking at the time we went. When checking out, I was asked about the credit card, I replied with no thank you. Fahima was my cashier and she was very insistent on having me sign up for the card. I understand all the savings I can get for signing up. I just simply don’t want another credit card. She kept asking me and was rude about it. Each time I said no I’m good she was annoyed. She became petty about it and started saying I was just trying to save you $30 but okay. I think I said no almost 5 times. I understand that it is their job to ask you to get sign ups. Fahima’s rudeness was just unnecessary.

If i could rate this ulta location 0 stars, I would. To start off, I visited the store with my friend. Already waiting 10 minutes in the line wrapped around the store, we get to the ONE register that is open. My friend wanted to purchase a mascara with a missing price label. The lady helping us took 20-25 minutes to figure out how to go about a missing tag label. With time being wasted, my friend didn’t want the mascara because at this point the employees obviously didn’t know what they were doing. The lady at the counter helping us didn’t even bother to apologise or try to fix the issue. (Dyed curly hair, some kind of nose piercings, short, white, blond-ish). I came in a second time with my cousin, and this is what really made me never want to come back to this ulta location. Me and her walked in, and went straight to the bathroom. I had a bag in my hand from the previous store I was at. I went to the bathroom and an employee was in there and didn’t say anything to me. I use the bathroom and wash my hands, another employee walks in. She doesn’t say a word. Me and my cousin exit the bathroom, and we are rudely greeted by I assume the manager, and the worker who saw me in the bathroom (long fake eyelashes, lots of makeup, hair curled.) They go ahead to tell me how I am not supposed to have a bag in the bathroom with me. I was not aware of this, nor was my cousin. I had a garage bag with me, which consisted of the shirt I had just bought, and my wallet. NOTHING ELSE!!! I should have handed my bag over and told them to check it themselves, because there was literally nothing in there, it makes me laugh. The man (tall, asian) proceeded to tell me to either exit the store, or they will call security. I left the store due to the rudeness of these people. Accusing me of stealing without any proof is very unethical. Check the camera footage, I walked in and went directly to the bathroom. There is not even an ounce of evidence of me stealing any merchandise from the store. Also, when I initially entered the bathroom, an employee was standing right there. Why couldn’t she tell me I could not enter with the bag? Why did 3 different people have to crack down on this very solvable issue? Again just goes to show the lack of ethics here. Threatening to call security over a rule they do not crack down on is pretty low. If they didn’t want customers in the bathroom with any kind of bag, someone should be monitoring the bathrooms at all times. I left the store, because I’d rather not give my money to a place like this. Every time I come in here, the line is outrageous and the employees are clueless. I will NEVER be returning and I will make sure to tell all my friends and family. Absolutely ridiculous.2/10/24

I saw a “Master Stylist” named Courtney. When I came into the salon she didn’t even ask me what I wanted she just put color in my hair. The other hair stylist asked her client if she had a “inspirational picture” see what she’d like to get done. I was very upset and disappointed because I took a half day off of work for this and I feel like she didn’t even care about what I wanted to get done. The only conversation we had was her input on my previous Ulta Stylist in Massachusetts (she was great) all Courtney said was “she didn’t out any notes in”. I spent $346 and left a tip in cash for this horrible service. I will never go tho this “master stylist”. I wasted my time and my money I had pictures to show her and she didnt care. Horrible horrible

This is store number 1197. This is the closest store to my house and I am never disappointed with the care and quality of its staff! Liz helped me out today at the register and was super sweet and hooked me up with my birthday sample and helped me navigate the app to apply a coupon that I didn’t know about to get more off my order. She also gave me the run down of some new products from Hour Glass and Charlotte Tilbury. Thank you Liz and this stores team for always giving me the best experience!

I have now visited this Ulta Salon three times & have left the salon very happy & satisfied with my look. I have gotten to work with three amazing artists below are the two artists I highly recommend to anyone looking.Firstly I want to start with Donny Ortiz, he is hands down the most talented makeup artist & hair stylist I have gotten the opportunity to work with. He makes sure he listens thoroughly to what you are looking for in your look and makes sure he makes it happen for you. He doesn’t rush his work & the outcome is always immaculate.Secondly I want to talk about the amazing Courtney L. Rose, another amazing master stylist that takes your request & makes it happen. She is very quick & her work is perfection. I got the opportunity to work with her twice & both times my hair has been amazing. I voiced my concern regarding my hair flattening very quickly, she took that note and made sure volume was not an issue.I would recommend this Ulta Salon & these two amazing stylists for whomever is looking for a great look for their event or photoshoot. I know I will be returning very soon.

This review is for store number 1197. Liz helped me today and she was above and beyond. She helped and suggested a better sunscreen for me and also instructed me about membership and better skin products. I just used what I bought and I couldn’t be more grateful for her help. No words. Thank you.

If you have any issues with products definitely don’t come here, manager was so rude and unhelpful. It’s like it was a bother for him to even walk over.. I actually had to laugh at the fact that he was a manager with the type of customer service I was given

Easy to shop, plenty of parking, employees were kind and helpfull
