Great coaches for all morning Martial Arts classes, as of now they only have one BJJ class in the morning every week as oppose to other nearby UFC gyms that offer more morning BJJ. Besides that everything is great.

The jiu jitsu program here is top notch. Coach Adames, Polito, and Sajewski are all seasoned competitors and phenomenal instructors. If you're looking to get competition ready or you're a serious lifter this is the place to be.
