They guy was so rude, and disrespectful. Do not go to this store because this guy would ruin your day. Very unhappy, and I won't recommend it to anyone.

On 3/14 I was put on hold at 5:53 for five minutes then hung up on. Called immediately back (5:58) to only get voicemail. I get that they close at 6 but this is unacceptable.

DO NOT BUY MOVING SUPPLIES HERE!!!!!! They are drastically overpriced and have a 7 day return policy....who would have known. Would not honor a return 30 days out. Buy from Uhaul direct and have it shipped to your home. A much better deal and better quality boxes. The upcharge here will cost you twice as much!!!!!
