My teenage daughter and I had a very bad experience after we went to make a return at Tillys Wayne location.Joe, the manager was very rude when I was trying to look up which credit card was used to make the purchase as my daughter used. Apple Pay numbers was on the receipt. He asked me to provide the credit card which was on the receipt. I told him those are not credit card numbers instead they are Apple Pay numbers. He then replied, “if you cannot provide a credit card with those numbers on the receipt I cannot help you make the return.”I was able to see which credit card was used from the chase app and the return was issued. I pointed out to him as I said before those are not credit card numbers on the receipt instead, it is Apple Pay numbers. He replied “whatever you can go now” and motioned with his hand to leave. My daughter and I were very upset and left the store. I don’t know if he was having a bad day, or he needs more training. I have worked in hospitality industry over 40 years and this is not how you treat your customers. Not a good look for Tillys. Will not be going to that store again.

I'm giving it a 1 because I've been to this store to shop for my young daughter. Apparently they don't sell youth sizes anymore, after driving 30 mins to get here...only to be told they sell them in Woodbridge, which is 40 mins away

Former employe, mangers don’t treat employees fairly, they have favorites and the mangers are just really bad at their job. They don’t seem to care

I'd gladly give this place its 1st review. Very nice store. Today was my first time visiting and I enjoyed myself. There are very nice items to purchase here for several different styles. Prices are excellent. I was just looking around for some new outfits for work. I have a desk job for the most part. I saw tons of stuff I would buy. I will visit again for sure.
