Customer service is absolutely no help with a problem. I have been waiting for the replacement of a damaged cabinet for months. It was damaged in shipping. The only discount or inconvenience break we were given or offered was they wouldn't charge us to ship the second cabinet. I should hope not - it's a replacement of a damaged cabinet. I hope you don' t have an issue - you will not get any help. They will just say there's nothing we can do. Not very helpful.

Order placed over a month ago, never received, when i called a month after they said it is backorder, but never received an email or any notification that it is backorder. very disappointed.

Tiger Medical is absolutely the worst company to deal with. Their customer service department, in addition to their sales manager, should all be fired and the company should start over. They all give a bad name everyone that is in the industry. I spoke to the sales manager who said that they can't control manufacturing time, which is true. He also stated that they had one of the beds in their warehouse, which can be shipped in 1 day. Three weeks later, he has no idea what happened and referred me to their customer service manager. Email after email, voice mail after voice mail, and no one would return any. Today, I called again (three months later) and asked to speak to the customer service manager. I was told by a rude, obnoxious, waste of human space person, that the service manager is not available and the person I should be speaking with is the sales manager. I refused to speak to the sales manager and asked for the customer service manger, but was told that I will not speak to her at all and I can only speak to whom they wanted me to speak to and was transferred to them anyway. These people are liars, cheats, and a waste of time. No other human should be taken for any rides by these people. If you want to lose 3-4 months of your time, money, effort, not get what you pay high money for, and be aggravated, feel free to go ahead with your order. I strongly advise against dealing with these people.

I wish I had looked at these reviews before I placed my order. I was told 21 days to ship my order. It has been 60 and still hasn't arrived. I am disgusted that they do not have the decency to even answer my email when I inquire about it. This is medical equipment, not a chew toy for my dog. They need to provide accurate shipping dates. They are still advertising the same item with a 21 day lead time. This will be the last item I order from them and if they do not contact me about the order I am doing a charge back on the credit card. Order #189968

I placed an order that took several months and when it finally arrived I received the wrong item. Customer service has been very unhelpful and will not talk to me. Never have I dealt with such a terrible customer service department. I would recommend NOT doing business with this company.

This company makes fake advertisement to the customers. I opened the clinic and cannot see the patient because of the delay.I'm losing each day more than $1000 and the company keep blaming the manufactures. They should notice to the customer before they purchase. If anybody is trying to open business then should confirm the date of delivery before purchase and make sure they will reimburse for delaying your plan.

I spent over 8k on the Clinton complete exam room furniture package. This has been financed, which i have not missed a payment. I am starting a new business and when the packages were received, the guy who left them had us sign that we received it all, without giving us time to actually review the contents since there were over 20 boxes (large because of the contents).They did not include a chair for the patient to sit in or a glove box holder. They are now refusing to replace it because they say its been too long. This is absurd, the boxes have been sitting and waiting for the clinic to be open in order to build the furniture. They are saying it is not their problem. I am paying over 200$ PLUS financing fees for items that I NEVER received. On top of everything else, they haven't shipped out A BUNCH of items that i have ordered in the last 3 months. I have spent over 15k in the last couple of months with this company. Its disgraceful to treat people like this, especially healthcare providers.
