So awful. Ruthless and awful. Table collapsed with a patient on it. The flu masks made by this company are just painters masks with a sticker on the box. About as bad as it gets. Total joke of a company.

I purchased two (2) Expensive medical grade sink cabinets from TigerMedical.
At the time of purchase I clearly communicated with the representative and asked for one faucet hole cutout sinks. She stated she will make sure the sink will have one faucet hole cutout.
I received sinks with two (2) cutouts:-(((((
I called the company to report the issue but I was told they don’t have a record of the conversation and they will not take any action on the matter.
I Do Not recommend this business.
There are many superior businesses in the market that can provide you with higher standards services.

Customer service is absolutely no help with a problem. I have been waiting for the replacement of a damaged cabinet for months. It was damaged in shipping. The only discount or inconvenience break we were given or offered was they wouldn't charge us to ship the second cabinet. I should hope not - it's a replacement of a damaged cabinet. I hope you don' t have an issue - you will not get any help. They will just say there's nothing we can do. Not very helpful.

Order placed over a month ago, never received, when i called a month after they said it is backorder, but never received an email or any notification that it is backorder. very disappointed.

Tiger Medical is absolutely the worst company to deal with. Their customer service department, in addition to their sales manager, should all be fired and the company should start over. They all give a bad name everyone that is in the industry. I spoke to the sales manager who said that they can't control manufacturing time, which is true. He also stated that they had one of the beds in their warehouse, which can be shipped in 1 day. Three weeks later, he has no idea what happened and referred me to their customer service manager. Email after email, voice mail after voice mail, and no one would return any. Today, I called again (three months later) and asked to speak to the customer service manager. I was told by a rude, obnoxious, waste of human space person, that the service manager is not available and the person I should be speaking with is the sales manager. I refused to speak to the sales manager and asked for the customer service manger, but was told that I will not speak to her at all and I can only speak to whom they wanted me to speak to and was transferred to them anyway. These people are liars, cheats, and a waste of time. No other human should be taken for any rides by these people. If you want to lose 3-4 months of your time, money, effort, not get what you pay high money for, and be aggravated, feel free to go ahead with your order. I strongly advise against dealing with these people.
