I called this week to try and get a haircut. I was referred to this location by a family member. The app was not working and the phone kept ringing and ringing. When someone finally answered (Kimberly), not only did she rudely tell me they were booked, she hung up the phone in my ear. I will never call this location again. Customer service starts with the phone smh

I had a great visit. I only got a cut to get rid of my dead ends and have my hair short for the summer time. She did a great job and was patient with me. She explained why i shouldn’t get bangs/face frame w my hair and face shape. I cannot wait to do my hair tonight & see how it looks straight. I wished i got her name but she has medium/long dark curly hair
