I moved in 6 months ago and so far I like it. I moved from an apartment that I lived in for over 40 years in Passaic. I moved because Wayne is nicer and I am getting older and there is an elevator and a washer and dryer on each floor and my own thermostat. The activities are great and it’s peaceful and the office staff and the neighbors are great people. Hopefully I will be here for a very long time as well

They feel it’s appropriate to not allow a homeless woman who is a senior and handicapped to move in because they “project” she will make $6k over the limit on a tipped job which she will not even be close to making. Absolutely sick that they have zero compassion around the holidays and would rather see sick people freeze in their car over the winter. Not very Christian what’s so ever.

We have tenant with bench warrants living here. Was robbed, was told, oh well buy a camera for our apt. That's how they solved my issues. Moving in, buy a ring motion detector.Good luck.

Wellness Health Spirituality Rampant Package Theft For Many Years. CHCC CEO makes over $500K per year. Not for profit ? Then where is everyone’s personal property going in the lobby? It came in as FEDERAL US MAIL 3rd CLASS. 5 years in jail $75k Fine. Post that on a sign because CHCC won’t. And then they will take down your sign and react like a stump in the woods. ONE FENDS FOR THEMSELVES WITH CHCC. 55+ years and older into their nursing home or psych ward. No one knows who lives at the VISTA. My family thinks Joe Bidens dirty money is up there. HA HA HA. It’s no laughing matter. Something smells in the State Of Denmark.
