We came here for my daughter’s first pair of shoes. The staff was super friendly and eager to help from the moment we walked in. Joanna is absolutely amazing. She is friendly, patient, knowledgeable and really took the time to assist us. She measured my daughter’s foot, helped us get her shoes on (which can be a challenge with a 14 month old), and gave us advice on which shoes we should get/why some pairs may be better than others. You can tell that she truly cares. My daughter has not wanted to stop walking since her new comfortable shoes!!! So happy! We are truly thankful for the experience that Joanna provided and we will certainly be coming back for future pairs! Thank you so much, Joanna.

Came to visit this store with my mother in law for my daughter and niece. The gentleman assisted us was very nice and provided great customer services. He assisted my mother in law with a return and applied on a purchase in store. He measured my daughter foot and provided her different boot options to pick from. The two young ladies were nice. Will definitely come back here again.

Amazing staff that was super helpful, friendly and informative! We were helped almost immediately and had a lovely time purchasing our daughters first pair of shoes. She was fitted and we were walked through the best recommendations and informed of the current best practice when it comes to shoes for babies. We will definitely be back and recommend coming here for your little ones shoes!

The young girls that currently work there during the week are ruining this store reputation. They have no idea what they are doing. They gave me the wrong size twice. They give customers an attitude and were nasty when I took the shoes back. Definitely not returning there. I’m tired of putting up with there attitudes.

I love coming to this store. I get my daughter her uniform shoes here and they are always extremely helpful and great at getting the right fit. Anna was wonderful and made the process very quick and easy. I'd recommend this store for uniform shoes and even small children needing to find the best shoe fit.

Highly recommend this particular store for outfitting your kids footwear. Joanne and Anna have been here over 25 years and theirs customer service is exceptional! We have come on with our kids until they were 10 years old to buy athletic shoes and snow shoes. Nice merchandise and customer service.

Great experience with Michael. He’s been fitting children for shoes for 40 years and was extremely knowledgeable. He helped us find a good sneaker and winter boot for my toddler that would work with orthotics. He even offered to help us insert the orthotic once we get it from the podiatrist. I was very impressed with his customer service and felt like he truly cared about us.
