I purchased three pairs of shoes on 7/4. I received the first pair in two days, and it was the wrong shoe in the wrong size. I contacted Steve Madden support, who has been everything but helpful. They informed me the shoes I originally purchased were now out of stock. However, I cannot get a refund on those shoes, until I ship back the shoes that were accidentally sent to me. I attempted to explain that the refund should have been initiated as soon as the shoes were noted to be out of stock, with no avail. I repeatedly expressed how disappointed I was in the situation and the customer service, and they not once addressed my concerns, only focused on me shipping back the item sent to me by mistake. I even requested for a manager to contact me, which did not occur. I am shocked at the lack of customer service and service recovery provided to me and sadly, will not be shopping from them any longer.This is not about this store itself but about the company as a whole.

Walking into the store I immediately fell in love with the energy! And it was all due to Zy'heem Downey. He greeted me with such a marvelous attitude that made me pause my podcast that I was previously listening to just to engage in conversation with him, he intrigued me instantly with his character. His recommendations were PERFECT. Overall I felt as though I was shopping with my best friend. He made the Steve Madden experience alive again! I love it, felt like back in high school shopping around with my friends in the mall. He knew every show by name without hesitation and knew exactly what size recommendations were perfect because I am nearly one week later and insanely obsessed with the pair he suggested to me. It was an impeccable experience and I was so honored to have such a stunning staff member assist me.

Horrible customer service. I went to return a pair of Shoes that I had never worn and they didn't let me return them because they looked worn. I did not even get a chance to wear them because they were too big. Do not waste your time shopping here.

Zaheem (sorry if I spelled that wrong) is a complete sweetheart. I ordered online and the size ended up being small. Called the store to check if they had the next half size up. Zaheem was so helped and even held the shoes for me to try on later that day. Store is clean, and employees are helpful and super friendly.

I can’t believe I just went to this store at Willowbrook mall, with my receipt in hand and the store manager(Ferdose) told she was unable to return my shoes since my receipt was not scanning and it was memorial day weekend and she could not contact customer service. Few minutes later I was able to contact customer service from my phone. She said I could exchange them or get a store credit, but not a return since my receipt was not scanning and that I needed to go to the store I purchased the shoes the day before. Worst experience ever. I just went to the mall to get this done, worst experience ever!!!

I found a pair of Steve Madden ankle boots I liked online and went to the store to try them on beforehand. Unfortunately, they didn't have the exact color I wanted but the very nice sales assistant ordered them for me, and I got a better discount than buying online. The shoes arrived today and I am very happy with the overall shopping experience. Definitely recommend the store, great customer service!

So I just want to start by saying I love Steve Madden and their shoes but the customer service I just received at the store was extremely disappointing. I go in to the store to get my boyfriend new dress shoes for work and saw there was a sale, so I obviously had to find a second pair. There was also one other person in the store and they were already checking out, so I thought this was going to be a quick in and out of the store for me, was I wrong. When I found the shoes I was looking for I went up to one of the girls and asked for a size 10.5 she wrote down the styles and size and went into the back and cane right back out. I waited for the shoes and nothing was brought to me. There was 4 people working and kept going into the back but not coming out with my shoes. Finally one of the girls asked me if I was being helped and I asked where the shoes were. She goes into the back and brings out one of the shoes and in the wrong size! I eventually walked out as I was not waiting another 20 mins in an empty store. Very Disappointing

Came here earlier today and while trying on my shoes, my other shopping bag got stolen. Took it up with the store, they said they couldn't do anything about it. While I like their shoes, it totally killed the shopping experience and I am most definitely not coming back.
