Drove up to the window, cashier was on her phone , took a few seconds for her to finish what she was doing and put the phone down, then rang up my order,my coffee cup lid opened up and and spilled, she tried to fix it and once returned back to me, it spilled all all over my car and myself as I was putting it down lid came off again, she did provide me with a new cup after, another young man was on his phone as well, I believe that when you have customers around at least attend to your job first and then continue if you have some down time, unless you are having an emergency which you would excuse yourself anyways at your work place.

I had a really unpleasant experience at Starbucks today, February 25th. The manager on duty was extremely rude, which was surprising because I've never had any issues before. I usually stop by every day to pick up my coffee before work. When I arrived today and mentioned that I was waiting for my mobile order, the manager seemed to profile me and asked me what I was doing there. Then, when I tried to ask a question, she completely ignored me and gave me an attitude. This is the first time I've ever experienced this kind of behavior at any Starbucks, especially this one. It was a really horrible experience."

What can I say this is your basic Starbucks nothing underwhelming and nothing overwhelmingly different than any other Starbucks. I will say the drive-thru at this one is always jam-packed. I will say the drive-thru attendants are always very pleasant. The inside is very quiet every time I have gone and always clean!

To the ladies who got smart with me with this morning, your customer service skills are lacking and it shows. Starbucks should invest in customer service training to all their employees. Perhaps a quarterly training to remind folks how to treat and talk to a customer. If you don’t like your job, then work somewhere else. Simple. But don’t take it out on customers with your poor attitude.

This store doesn't have some of the items sometimes, they are slow but at least they are friendly. When I'm in the area I usually get coffee from here.

The Starbucks has gone down bad. There are two old ladies there that always give attitude and always make my drink wrong, and then complain that the drink is right until that they see they made the drink wrong Tired of the ladies that give attitude to all their customers I told my boyfriend to go get me a drink. He says that he was attended poorly by one of the older ladies.

I work at the Starbucks on Berdan Ave just up the road, but I come here for my own drinks since I live closer to this location. Contrary to some other reviews on here, I can attest to the fact that their food is always perfectly presented, the drinks are well-crafted with attention to detail, and the customer service here is great. Always a delight to come here, thanks Pat-Hamburg.

This Starbucks isn’t never too busy but yet they take so long on making your drinks and at times when I did order y we eats they never have something I ordered aside from drinks . Store close early instead of closing at 10 it’ll close at 945 smh I guess the owner doesn’t care about making
