Not only did they take time to help and guide me through the fiasco of dealing with the atrocious customer service at the corporate service center ,they did it with patience and pleasant demeanor. I have to wear orthotic inserts, so finding the right shoe can be a hassle, but Ibrahim was very accommodating and even tour-guided me to selections he thought would fit best. “*DISCLAIMER I am not a writer* I came here (lululemon willowbrook) on Black Friday, I usually hate coming into lululemon because the staff is unfriendly. Nonetheless it was the first store I went to on Black Friday. I was helped by one employee in particular (I didn’t catch her name) she was a gorgeous black women with short frosted tips. Anywho, we chatted it up about my merchandise and she even go me to sign up for an account with them. I hate signing up for accounts with stores for many reasons but mainly because the sales associates don’t sell it well they just hit you with “do you want to sign up for a rewards account?” In the most docile/ depressing voice ever. That isn’t what this woman did she made me feel like I needed it (in a good way of course)!! I hardly ever write reviews about good costumer service because it is so rare now a days but she completely changed my view when it comes to lululemon sales associates, because of her I WILL be coming again. She embodies what they claim to stand for!”
