I had a great experience at Sephora. I was looking for a cologne and great sales associate named Evelyn helped me. She was very friendly, and was very knowledgeable on the product. Great experience !!!

The sephora customer service is not educated and does not favor the customer. I had a simple question about the beuty insider cards they use to use and my points on them, they acting like I was incompetent and never answered my question. Unfortunately, I couldn't get any points and they did not accommodate my purchase. PLEASE TEACH COURTESY TO WORKERS!

Well, I visit this Sephora today because I was interested in the Fenty makeup line.. when I enter the salesperson there was OK,she takes more time on her cell phone than she does with me as a customer, I know that we are in the heart of Covid and that might be the reason why she was so withdrawn, but I felt like as a customer I deserve a little more attention... but one thing that I could give her credit for ..she said that if I need any help please let her know and every time I call she was there to assist... I always have a wonderful experience with the Sephora in Willowbrook mall and from now on I will be doing my business there instead of the one that is located in Kohl's in Wayne...

To be honest this is my new go to sephora spot. They have everything in stock. The cashier lady blonde with hazel eyes i think her name is erika was very helpful in getting everything i needed before my miami trip. Very clean and organized

They had in stock what I wanted, which is great! But the ladies at the register didn’t seem very attentive when I was there. When I waited to be called up to the counter, one was on her phone while the other one had her back turned to look at products. Slow day maybe? I had to initiate when interacting with the employees at this Sephora.
