I am absolutely speechless with the level of care and compassion I've received from Rose Pharmacy and I am so beyond grateful to have been referred here by my physician!After having a great deal of difficulty with several CVS locations and stock issues, I soon found myself dealing with a string of new pharmacists that were outwardly rude and refused to assist with any questions I had in regards to my medications or insurance. One CVS pharmacist even told me, "I don't have time to deal with your problems- go online and figure it out yourself." Needless to say, even my doctor was appalled. I was nervous to go to a "smaller" pharmacy; but after my Doctor mentioned he had several other patients with great experiences at Rose, I figured it was worth a try.From the moment they answered the phone, I was treated like a real person and the pharmacist went above and beyond to communicate with me, my Doctor, and insurance, to make sure I would have everything handled promptly. They were very quick, very convenient, and most importantly- they made my experience quick and easy. I felt like I had been a long time customer. Honestly, I would say I even felt like family.I cannot recommend this location highly enough! I would give 10 stars if I could! Just being treated so kindly and professionally would have given them 5 stars alone, but the convenience and speed exceeds all expectations. I'd drive an hour if I had to. They're the best! Thank you so much again!

Excellent. I was referred to Rose's by another business in the area. When I first went to Rose's, the customer service felt foreign. I realized then that by using big box/retail chain pharmacies, I grew accustomed to being treated like a number, or part, on an assembly line. I plan to continue using Rose's as my primary pharmacy despite living 15 miles away. The drive is worth the level of customer service I receive, and they're well worth the price of being treated as a human being. The store itself is so clean too, it's "eat off the floor" immaculate.K.Glennon.

Where do I even begin to explain what an absolute pleasure it is to do business with the owner’s & employees of Rose Pharmacy. In the past 20 years, (time I’ve lived in LF) I’ve used every pharmacy you can imagine. Whether it was CVS (both locations in CG), Walgreens, Shop Rite, etc. not a single one of those store can remotely compare to;1. How your treated with the utmost respect2. All the employees are forever will to assist you in whatever it may be you have questions about3. The kindness & knowledge (you would think all Pharmacists would possess these traits, but sadly….. THEY DO NOT) of the owner’s and employee's of Rose Pharmacy is simply amazing4. The 1 on 1, personalized service you receive when you’re a customer of Rose Pharmacy, is something that I will GUARANTEE you, you can not find anywhere. ***Forget finding this service in LF, you won’t find it anywhere in the COUNTRY !!!***5. Lastly, and most importantly…….. IF YOU ARE STILL USING ANY OTHER PHARMACY, I SIMPLY DO NOT UNDERSTAND WHY. You will see from the very first time you do business with Rose, that they have separated themselves by a landslide with every other pharmacy around.• • Give them a shot, and you will never ever look back • • (You can thank me later. Rose pharmacy is hands down the best pharmacy I have ever dealt with. They are the kindest, most caring, speedy, and overall amazing. They know all their customers on a first name basis and make you feel like the best of friends when you’re there. I highly recommend using them!

Amazing service and unbeatable prices. A perfect blend of professionalism and courtesy. They truly put their customers first. My co- pay was $50 less with Rose Pharmacy than with CVS. I highly recommend this pharmacy.

Moving from Jersey City to Little Falls was nerve wrecking. Switching pharmacies was intimidating. But when we met the Rose family at a town festival I was willing to give it a try. Staff is welcoming and friendly. The store is beautiful and organized. Parking is a plus and they deliver! Can’t get any better than that! I will be recommending Rose Pharmacy to all my friends and family. Thanks Rose Pharmacy!

This pharmacy is a 30 minute drive from my house, but the high quality costumer service and friendliness I received every time I come it's enough to keep me from switching. Great pharmacy, great staff!

OMG I’ve been a customer of Cvs in Haskell for about 20 years. I was so reluctant to switch pharmacies I thought it would be a great big hassle (boy was I wrong)I am so happy I didFrom the first day I went Rose pharmacy it was completely stress-free.My prescriptions were ready exactly when they said they would be -100% stress-free and the staff is absolutely lovely. They genuinely care about my needs. and I am an absolute nightmare client.they are wonderful. I love this drugstore because, everyone is so nice. I make it my business to support small business and I’m happy I use Rose pharmacy. The wait time is outstanding, the professionalism of the employees is outstanding, and if you forget to grab your medicine they alway send you a reminder text. I highly recommend Rose Pharmacy. The setting is also great, it’s clean and always feel pleasant when you walk in.
