Medication was prescribed for my daughter. I went to pick it up. It's not ready right now. They told me to come in 2 hours. I went again after 2 hours. We didn't prepare it. They told me to wait 20 minutes. I said okay. I waited for half an hour. Then they said the medicines weren't ready. I came back home. This time my husband left, and they kept him waiting. Lastly, they said they didn't have these medicines. The child was waiting for medicine at home and the employees kept us busy for hours, they told us that he had to buy it from another pharmacy and sent them somewhere else. My wife went and bought it from there. We were able to get our medicine exactly 7 hours later. Every mother waiting for medicine for a sick child at home understands the trouble I went through.

I was given the wrong medication. Pharmacy tech was very unprofessional which I’m sure led to the mistake. I was given a medication that I refilled a week ago. Upon going back to fix the issue I was gaslit into being told that it was my fault for not verifying. Issue was not resolved.

Consistently unreliable. I have had multiple prescriptions be out of stock and only to find out once getting there. No effort is ever made to notify ahead of time.

Wouldn’t normally have rated this place, but have to comment on how nice the employees are! Went in for a few things and the staff was just so “sunny” and upbeat I left there feeling better than when I went in! It’s these little things that make any business just a little bit better!

Unresponsive, cannot reach on the phone, staff don't even try to help just find excuses. Use a local pharmacy.

This is the worst pharmacy I've ever been with. 1. Not open on a weekend is just crazy 2. No proactive attitude from clerks 3. I've asked over 3 times for auto refill and to text me when ready...never happened! 4) When I was calling to see if an rx was ready...no one answered the phone and when I got to the pharmacy I was still on hold and there were about 5 of them behind the counter ignoring the phones. 5) And this is the best one yet...they temporarily closed the pharmacy???? So I couldn't pick up my refill...who does that???
