Dirty sheets, not even changed, with hair underneath in several places, stains on the pillowcases. Heater on maximum but it doesn't heat, I tried 3 rooms. 2 towels were turned over, perhaps used. I was waking up and another client opened the door to my room with his key and was given the same room as me.

Absolutely terrible room. Broken bed. Tv has 2 channels. 22 degrees outside and Heater doesn't work. No hot water for shower. I would give it zero stars!

The most disgusting dirty malfunctioning rooms. I had to change rooms 3x. Major flood after taking a shower in the third room that was given. It should be visited by THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT and shut down. Oh by the way only 3 channels on the dirty
