I'd like to begin with saying that I am only giving this place 1 star because of the lovely, helpful lady who helped me two times. If not for her, I'd want to give 0!I went to get a redo of my blood test, because I was given the wrong instructions in reference to fasting (from some other group). The day before, I had my blood taken with no issues. On the day of the redo, I was taken in by some woman who asked me why I was there, and I explained to her everything above. I handed her a new script. She began flipping out and questioning me about what exactly I was there for, despite me explaining it in a calm fashion. This went on back and forth for a while, and I just sat there listening to her berate me, telling me how I don't know anything and that she doesn't "know what to do with me". Extremely disgusting and rude of a person. I was then told to go back into the waiting room, and I sat out there while she loudly talked more bad about me to another coworker behind the door.Later on when I was getting the redo done by the original person who helped me, she came in, yelling at me AGAIN, and claiming that she wasn't rude to me at full volume! The other woman was flabbergasted herself. This employee even refused to give her full name, just her first. She had to get asked it by someone else. What a joke.People should not be spoken to with what I received today at this location. That particular staff member needs to reconsider her decisions, because this is certainly not an environment she belongs in.Shout-out to the other staff member who overseers everyone else, she is not the problem at all.

Staff was very friendly. Easy check in and no wait. The person who took our blood had a good sense of humor.

Not a good experience. I was a walk-in. Signed in using their kiosk.Waiting for almost an hour in their tiny waiting room. Just before closing someone comes out and said "are you being helped". I said no I've signed in with the kiosk I'm waiting. "You are John? We came out calling for you but you did not answer" I told her that's not possible. This is such a small room I've been sitting here all the time and never left. She told me I must sign back in again. I walked.

This place is unorganized and haphazard. Unfortunately Quest booked me at an appointment at 213 Berdan Avenue, when I showed up that location had permanently closed several days before even though they sent me an Email confirmation to show up there. Upon arriving at this other Wayne location they couldn't honor that reservation but said it happened to others (who were booked at a location that closed). So frustrating as the scheduling issue was 100% their fault.

I was in and out in 10 minutes. I came on a saturday morning for fasting bloodwork. The girls here are very quick. I highly recommend making an appointment rather than walking in. The office is located on the front right side of the building. Free surface parking available. The bathroom and waiting rooms and other rooms are clean. They DO NOT do drug tests here and the lady was not helpful in telling me which location did it while i walked in here on my lunch break

After both signing in via text, and In person getting a “3 minute wait time” , finally after 30 minutes someone came out only to tell me I needed a mask… and say ooops I must’ve missed your name… I waited another 10 minutes then left. This was to pee in a cup. Total unprofessional hacks . Wouldn’t trust them with anything after that. Labcorp it is.

I got here at 7:30 with 2 people ahead of me. One person got taken and another walked in with an appt. Taken immediately. Fair enough. Then for 10 min no one was getting blood. 20 min goes by another person checks in with an appt and taken immediately. My problem is they could’ve taken the 2 people (myself being one of them) during the 20 min no one was being serviced. Now another person walked in with an appt. Let’s see!! It’s like they are only taking appt hoping those without leave.

If only zero stars could be provided. I normally go to LabCorp, but when they were booked up - I was forced to try out Quest for some urgently needed bloodwork. Worst mistake of the year. If I'm unable to print my order prior to the appt at LabCorp, they print it on my behalf. Not here, but okay - my bad for assuming and my dr was thankfully able to quickly fax it over. The tech reading the order missed the fact that it read 'STAT RESULTS NEEDED' and said it would be 3-4 days for results to come through - thank god I asked and was able to point out the big bold STAT heading. She then said that results would be anywhere from this afternoon to tomorrow morning, so I again had to point out that the form clearly noted results were needed before 2pm...but no, she says it's all dependent on when the driver comes to pick up all the samples (another tech ended up saying - a half hour later - that he would call the driver to come asap so the results would be provided in time). After sitting in the room with the first tech for over ten minutes, I was told they couldn't do anything for me because the order form didn't note my drs office address. I explained that they have locations throughout the country and couldn't list them all on the form - but that I could give them the address of the location I go to (done every time at LabCorp with no issue), but nope, I'm not trusted to provide the address and neither is the drs website, they need a business card. ...who carries their drs business card in 2022??Back on the phone I go to my drs office. The drs rep noted that they have an account with Quest and have never had these issues with any other Quest location. She's unable to send over a business card because it's the weekend and she's working from home, but noted she could send over official letterhead with the address listed. In the meantime, I'm sent back to waiting room to sit for another 15+ minutes.Came in at 8:20 for an 8:30 appt and walked out the doors at 9:11. If you'd like to spend almost an hour of your day for what should be a 5-minute blood draw and walk away wondering if your results will be processed correctly or not, this is the place for you!Edited to note: blood was drawn Saturday morning and techs confirmed results would be provided by 2pm that day as NEEDED...had to call the following Monday morning because both results *still* weren't received by my doctor.

Convenient location. Plenty of parking. Had to wait about 15 minutes past the appointment time. One checks in in a kiosk, and then there's an option to wait in the waiting room or outside. Walk-ins are allowed, but will wait a lot longer. They left a big bruise on the arm when they drew my blood, but the service itself was decent. Will give them another chance.

They lack any communication skill and are simply nasty. Walked in registered, asked us to wait in car. Waited 30 minutes and texted us to walk in. They must have looked for us in the waiting room almsot immediately. Thats a simple mistake. What makes them ignorant was that for the next hour while everyone else went ahead of ud the staff refused to listen to us. Only when no one was left and we got vocal did someone realize what they had done. Simply ignorant prople.
