The woman who helped me was AMAZING. She has been with the company for 24 years (I think). I did not feel the needle at all & that is HUGE. I have very hard to find veins & she had no problem finding one.

I have been coming to this location for years. Never had any issues. I have no open balance with them. Always paid every bill on time.
Today, I showed up for a blood test I scheduled online with the confirmation on my phone and in the email.
The technician invited me to a room and as I was seating myself she asked me to leave because I didn’t prepay for my test.
I was startled but told her I have no problems paying for it now or when the bill comes.
She told me No you have to leave now, you can’t stay in the room…
… I am still in shock to be honest.

booked an online appointment entered my insurance information and it got approved. The day of my appointment I was denied service bcuz apparently they don’t accept my insurance. Make it make sense, why would their system approve my insurance if that’s the case? Very disappointing!

The staff is never on time to open the service center and they made a mistake on bloodwork so have to repeat. I will be sticking to labcorp

Check in was easy and the techs here are really sweet. The one assigned to me needed some help so the appointment took longer than I expected, but they were professional and kind (and I was quite cranky since I had been fasting!)

Very weird atmosphere. Not a friendly one. You walk into an empty room with a kiosk. No one at a counter. Only way to check in is kiosk or on your phone but here are no instructions on what to do if you’ve already checking in on phone. I knocked on a door and a few mins later someone came and asked if I knocked on the door. I was the only person there. Hahahaha place sucks but was the only place I could get an appointment at for my time frame.
