Thank you so much Alan Walasidis for helping me today you did more then great and better then the bank that I go too 13 years ago I asked 2 people to help with this issue they wasted my time and their time for nothing from 9:30am to 12:30am that's why I went to another PNC bank in wayne & Alan fixed this issue for me in 10m thank you again keep up the great work always ??

I have personal checking account for 10 years about with this bank.This is the most disgusting bank to deal with. I have good amount of deposit in my account. Whenever I ask for a couple of rolls of change These people always say no. The answer is we have limited change. Ok You have limited change But you are not out of it. So adamant they are They will not give you even one roll of quarters. The lady manager who refuses to tell her name even Is super disgusting. If you want to speak to her She doesn’t have time to talk. Even will not return the call. She should be demoted to the position of teller. Rather She should be fired from her job for having worst customer service. My next step is I am going to call the corporate office to make a formal complaint against her.

They mis inform you, and they also get into your account and they mess with everything. This bank has blocked my card a few times and its only been 4 months. Shameless and Unprofessional. Having a sweet voice does not make you professional thank you.

We called with a question on re-sending our car loan documents using the 888 number and got redirected to this branch. Unbelievably helpful and even warned us against our local branch (He was right, Sparta is incredibly useless). He conferenced in the right people and took care of everything

The people their are nice. The hours pnc has are ideal. Just most banks I've went to; account or not. Have no issue giving me change.

They are very rude and lied about calling and verified a check from a insurance company. When called the insurance company was told they never called. When I went back they were rude because they got caught in the lie. As well as telling me that there was no manager here. When asked someone else they said the branch manager is here. That sealed the deal of not opening a account here.
