Very great experience for my daughter. My daughter got inspo from a picture and the lady did the exact same thing as she asked for. Service is very good. Love the nails!

I have been to this spot years ago and I decided to give it a try because my usual girl at my normal nail salon was busy and I didn't have time to wait. I walked in and immediately saw that it was so much cleaner and more organized than it was when I went years ago so that was a big plus. I got lucky and I believe it was the owner was able to do my nails and she did an outstanding job.. She meticulous with my nails. They are literally perfect. I'm actually going to start going here for my gel manicures because I was so impressed with how well she did my nails. I have been telling my usual girl that the drill is what's destroying my nails yet she insists on using it when I told the lady that I had today that I don't really like the drill she didn't push the issue and she took the time to soak off the gels and even repaired them without charging me. The actually $10 cheaper than where I go every two weeks and I even got nail art on two of my nails. I made an appointment to go back to see her in two weeks to put my acrylics back on. I think this is my new place for my gels! She was very pleasant to me and even said to me that it was very nice to meet me. I didn't feel rushed whatsoever. A woman came in to get her eyebrows waxed and she didn't have an appointment so she did make her wait instead of walking away from me

Used to love going to this place but sadly it’s changed. I’ve gone back a few times just because this place used to be amazing and I wanted to give them to benefit of the doubt. The staff is rude and always rushes your service. Every single time my manicure has air bubbles and I’m told “they go away in a few days”? What kinda service is that!?! I refuse to go here ever again it’s such a waste of money. Making an appointment doesn’t matter as they always take walk in customers first. I’m 20 years old and Jenny treats me like a child. She calls me “baby” and always puts different customers in front of me even if I make an appointment and tells me to be patient. Not sure if it’s my age, but my massages are always rushed and I feel belittled. I’m paying for full service and my pedicure maybe takes 10 minutes if I’m lucky. They are also rough and always end up poking or even cutting me with tools. Maybe if they didn’t rush service they won’t cut their customers. Never going here again.Services: Gel manicure

My very first time visiting Pinky Nails was on Good Friday at 6pm. When I called at 545 I thought for sure they would say they were closing early & not take me but they said sure come right over!! The lady who did mine did a beautiful job! Also got a shoulder & neck massage! Cost was $25 on a Friday but I think it's less with no massage during the week. Thank you!

Jenny can be nice but Maria has changed. When I mentioned water was cold she couldn't care less and she's not friendly at all and I'm not chatty with them. They need to switch to making appointments!Service: Pedicures

I’ve never left a review for any service I’ve received anywhere. If I don’t like the service, I simply do not return. But $105 for a simple gel mani/pedi with air bubbles and wrinkles, is truly a disappointment. I received rushed service, as if there were clients waiting, which there wasn’t. Will not be returning. Save your money and go somewhere else. Poorly done job.Services: Pedicures

This place is the worst. You don't make appointments so it's first come first serve. Walked in to get a pedicure and a full set and a lady comes in after me to get the same and the older women who does the nails has the nerve to come tell me she can't do my nails because she won't have any time. WONT HAVE TIME FOR WHAT?! There are no appointments!!! Never coming back here again. This place needs a freaking reality check.

2 times i have been there to get a fill in on my acrylics. they 100% delute their polish, gel should not be chipping off after 3 days. the acrylic is not strong at all. they are nice and there pedicures are good but the nails are not it. i normally go later then earlier and i feel like i am inconvenienceing them by asking for a pedicure which i shouldn't feel. when me and my mother went my mom asked very politely if she can fix in a pedicure and one of the ladies stood there, and looked so mad, like she 100% didn't want to do it! which is not right at all, there was still an hour till closing and i felt very rushed! their pedicures are good a little fast but good! highly don't recommend for nails ‼

I never did this before but I have been going here for many years. Never had a problem with the workers. The owner has no personality and did my pedi that I have been waiting 3 1/2 Months for. She gave me the WORST PEDI I HAVE EVER HAD DONE ANYWHERE! I always tip the girls $5 Sorry to say Because of the owner I'm never going back
