I arrived at 6:20pm on a Sunday because they close at 7pm to pierce my babies ears & only went for that. When I arrive they tell me they stop piercing at 6pm. On the cart it reads “Piercing All Day, Everyday” False advertising. It’s not like it’s free, free piercing with the purchase of the earrings. Why turn down money? That should be fixed.

Do not recommended, Friday 10/27/2023 3:00pm my wife wanted new piercings, she went for the least expensive $40 went to pay and it came up to almost $70 after add ons we did not request, had to provided government ID, Phone number, emails yours and emergency contact, lady made copy of my wife ID without permission, that was too much info for a piercing, I ask for the copy of her ID back and we left for somewhere else more friendly and less intrusive.

I've gotten all my piercings there, since my first to the one I just got today. Spent thousands of dollars there. Came to get a hole re-pierced after it closed and I had the protection policy. My info was not in the computer they said so I had to pay for a brand new piercing in a hole that just closed with money I had saved for something else. And when I not unkindly said it was a bit annoying even tho I would pay anyway, the worker rolled her eyes and muttered about me in annoyance like it was my fault that the workers there didn't do the job correctly and failed to save my info.

I called to try to pierce my daughter ears, according to them they need to have a vaccination record in order to them. But I do not vaccinate any of my children, it’s against my religion and they denied to pierce my babies ears and I feel highly offended. It shouldn’t matter about vaccines.

Went for a piercing for my daughter today at this location, the smell in that wing is horrible. As a paying customer I would like to go shopping where I feel comfortable and not have to cover my nose. The smell was so bad in that wing that I took my daughter and left the mall. I feel bad for the employees who work at that location. Jessica & and Erica were great help and trying to spray their perfume to make my daughter feel comfortable and make the smell better but the smell kept getting worse, it is not their fault though. Mall management should do something about this.

Annoying to deal with staff. All i wanted were earring backs. Had earrings I bought from them. They told me backs did not exist, till they found them.
