I've been coming to perfection for about a decade now and can't recommend it enough! I'll show a picture of the shape/color/design I want and they'll match it perfectly every time. Everyone is super nice and I love my acrylics and they also last for a long time Doesn't compare to other places I've been to - best nail salon ever! Highly recommend!

I have never gotten a worse manicure in my entire life. There’s gel polish ALL over my cuticles, that not to mention she didn’t even cut. She cut me multiple times with the drill. She wouldn’t even let my nails dry, they’re bubbly and lumpy. She ruined my natural nails underneath the gel over lay. I was seated at 5:20, 20 minutes past my appointment time and was finished at 5:40, for a UV gel fill manicure. She didn’t even lotion my hands. I will NEVER go back to this place, and if I could give -0 stars I would. Absolute WORST manicure ever. Do NOT go here.

This place is gross. Stations are not clean. The man who did my nails used his own nail to shape the sides of my nail which really grossed me out. Further he did not even cut my cuticles properly, and now they are buried under polish. No moisturizer was used as well. I'm not sure what I paid $30 for.

I’ve been going to Perfection for a little over a year. I also go to a certain person and make appointments way in advance to go to him. I’ve always been on time to my appointments yet i have to wait for him to finish with another client first which i understand so i wait the 5-10 minutes. But today, i walk in 5 minutes before my 5pm appointment and was told to wait, after waiting a good 10-15 minutes i noticed the client he was working on hadn’t even begun with painting her nails. I left 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment time. Good service but terrible management of appointments. No consideration for clients time.

I gave this place a chance probably 3-4 times because i was hoping that the next technician is going to better than previous one but, yesterday was my last time. This is the mani I got done yesterday. And as usual after this place my fingers are swollen again after the rude drilling and filing around cuticles. I have small wounds on my cuticles and I can't even describe the pain they cause since their fresh and around nails. The mani itself is bad, uneven shape, uneven paint, the only thing is good is the color. No one should treat your nails and fingers like this, especially make them bleed!!!

You need to step up your pedicures. You’re charging too much for the bare minimum. 20 second massage and a quick scrub.

today was my first experience at perfection and i was very impressed! the first photo is my nails and the second is the reference i brought in and i’m so so happy with how they came out (i did ask for them a little shorter) i came for a walk-in and was sat within 15 minutes, and the service itself was great. the gentleman that did my nails was super gentle and attentive to detail, and made sure to check that i was satisfied throughout the entire process. i will definitely be continuing to give them my business in the future!Service: Acrylic nails

Nail technician for a gel manicure was unprofessional. She was constantly adjusting her cell phone to see whatever & constantly talking to someone on the phone. She didn’t put color on the edges of my nails so it looks like I’m ready for a retouching. Would not recommend this salon.

rude & nasty...I have been a loyal customer for years I made an appointment which they entered incorrectly when I showed up for what I thought was my appointment I was yelled at & told to leave in front of a fully crowded salon.

I unfortunately will not be going back. Male nail tech not only used the buffing drill to “cut” my nail but he cut the sides in so far that it’s past the white part of my nail bed and my fingers are inflamed, and in pain. The work was sloppy and one hour later already chipping. My past experiences have been wonderful but I don’t want to be worrying about pain and infections based on who I get.Service: Gel manicures
