Al and his team are a top tier body shop. My 13 year old truck hasn't looked this good since it was new. They have an incredible attention to detail and wion't leave any repair less than perfect. No matter what shape your vehicle is in when you leave it there you'll get it back perfect. They work very closely with insurance companies so that there was no delay with the repair. Very happy with my experience there.

If I could give more than 5 stars I most certainly would. Alex the manager is the best. I had only a minor dent and he took the time to explain all my options. Very honest and didn't try and steer me towards more expensive remedies that I didn't really need. Got my car back cleaner than how I left it. The shop itself is spotless. You can tell that there is great pride in the work the guys do there. I HIGHLY recommend this body shop!!!

Al and the team really prioritize customer service and ensuring that I got my vehicle back in a timely manner both times I had to take my vehicle in. Really appreciate them going above and above every single time.
THANK YOU Al!

Laurie and Alex were a pleasure to deal with. They took the hard work and stress out of the equation as we worked to get my wife’s SUV repaired. They delivered the car back in excellent shape and ahead of schedule. I would highly recommend them for anyone who’s looking to repair their vehicle following an accident, and wants to deal with pleasant, honest professionals who do what they say they’re going to do, when they say they’re going to do it.

After someone hit my parked car in the parking lot, I took my bumper to be repainted at Paul Miller. The team was one of the most responsive bodyshops I have ever seen. They are extremely thorough and take pride in what they do. The bumper came out flawless and they kept me informed every step of the way. While I hope no one I know needs a bodyshop, Alex and his team would be my first call.

What an incredible experience! It took over four months to have my car repaired there. Initially, my car only had some damage on the rear corner, but it was functioning properly. I had to wait for an entire month until they finally obtained the necessary part. Once I dropped off my car, the technician kept discovering additional damages, which resulted in repeatedly ordering more parts. This process took two months. Surprisingly, the car was working fine except for the damage to the rear corner, even the light was functioning perfectly. However, the final payment escalated from the initial estimate of $9000 to a staggering $23000. Three months later, on the day I was supposed to pick up my car, it failed the final test. Consequently, I had to endure another month-long wait for an additional part to arrive. The lack of a proper apology was disheartening, as instead, a lady at the front desk mentioned that she had no involvement with my case. Throughout the entire repair process, I never caused any trouble for her. I am profoundly disappointed with the customer service provided by Paul Miller BMW. Had they sincerely apologized, I would not have left such a negative review.

This is by far the best collision center you can possibly fine in NJ. I've had a few accidents and so has my wife. With each repair, it is virtually impossible to see any signs of an accident. They use the correct paint and the paint matching is second to none. I Will only take my car to Paul Miller Collision center!

OMG the wait was worth it. "Good as new" lost it's meaning to overuse, but that's what I'm looking at. And that kind of work cost more than double what Geico gave me, but they beat it out of Geico! Geico doubled my insurance rate before I even got the car back so yeah, they're horrible.Services: Painting

Alex is an angel! They repaired my rear bumper AND had the inside of my car detailed (after my small kids destroyed it with their mess!) The car now looks brand new and I know I would not have had this level of professionalism and service anywhere else. So thankful to the skillful team at Paul Miller Collision!!

Stay away. Slight bumper damage where you could barely notice. Wanted to get fixed anyway as my wife is particular and wants her car in perfect condition. Insurance estimate of $2500, but I'm sure would be more as body work always is. Ask to keep the bumper, but was told I would have to pay $200 to keep my old bumper as per their policy. I own the vehicle out right, how are they going to charge me to keep my own property? As I question this, they became unprofessional and condescending towards me. Took my key back and left with vehicle. Not only did the collision center lose my business, but Paul Miller as a whole as I will no longer service my vehicle with them. I was scheduled for new tires at the end on June, do $200 for my own bumper cost them around 5 thousand. Stupid business practice.

I would give them 0 stars if I could, my car was towed to them in January due to an accident. we have never been told that we need to pay over $100/day for the parking unless we have the car repaired by them. I ended up paying $5000 for 50 days of parking before we could have our car towed away from them. They gave us an unbelievably expensive estimeate for the repairs.

I would have given it a 0 star if I could. We are fixing our car there thru insurance. After almost 20 days, they just gave an "estimate" to the insurer. No transparency--They wouldn't tell us what exactly are wrong with the car and they refuse to give us their report. They also keep lying. I have never had a worse experience with ANY business.Service: Body & Trim
