The worse store. Only 3 costumers in store and you can't go there. They doing work so slow. First time I see something like that!!!

As I am typing we are still waiting for them to call our name, I understand when the holidays come around it does get hectic. But they made us wait outside the store 30 minutes, and coming in the store there has been a wait for more then 40 minutes. I am purchasing one charm ONE CHARM ! AND STILL WAITING IN LINE . The store manager comes to the floor for a few minutes does not ask if anyone needs any help, and leaves to the back. Mind you there is about 25 plus people here. There is another lady taking care of the list of people waiting to purchase what they need, and at the same time taking care of online pick up. HOW DO I KNOW THIS IS GOING ON ? I been here for the pass hour all you have to do is observe, I will never be coming back to this location because of the fact of the wait time and the store manager was no help so what does that tell me about this store. This is ridiculous I was not the only customer upset I even had conversation with a young man about him waiting longer then me. The store managers name is Angela !!! I asked if there anything that’s she could help me with, she proceeds to let me know “There is not enough people to workinfnrhey will call you when your next “

Isis & Michelle were so polite, patient & helpful. Whenever i go i will definitely go to them because I felt comfortable.. thanks ladies you guys did fantastic for my anniversary ❤️

The assistant manager Michele S. Is beyond rude I’ve came in there twice needing help and she dismisses you so quickly and is so inconsiderate as if there is nothing she can do as if it’s the customers fault the employees being trained by this manager are mis informed but the general manager is so helpful. Michele makes each experience so difficult.

I have never seen such slow and bad service to customers. Horrible. Doesn’t deserve the one star either. Buy online so you don’t have to deal with the workers.

The worst !!!Employees extremely rude.I’m a costumer for years and I had a issue to return the wrong items and they didn’t help me and LIE to me saying I couldn’t return in store.

The times I went and had the same experience, the staff very rude, for bad luck the same person has always taken care of me, she treats me as if I were going to ask for free,she make me feel very uncomfortable to the point that I don't buy in the store I prefer to order them by line.The only thing I asked her is to see the rings and she only pointed where they were, I asked her to please show me some of my size, she rolled her eyes and she started began to throw the doors of the showcases with attitude, I just smiled at her and told her to apologize for asking her so much she looked at me badly, For education I think that all customers deserve to be treated with kindness and they should change the staff, for my part I will not return to that store anymore.

If you want to return something they don't let you return for your money back or put it back on your card. And if you want to exchange something they make you pay more money then you spent the last time. Beware Pandora.

Had a tennis bracelet that snapped and tried to bring it in to be replaced since it’s still under warranty and I have seen multiple people get bracelets replaced for the same reason. The keyholder or manager passed me off to another associate, I explained to her that I opened my jewelry bag and saw that it was snapped, she asked the manager what to do and the manager told me that the warranty only covers stones falling out. I’ve worked with pandora for years in the past so I know that this isn’t true. I didn’t even want to continue shopping in the store so I left. Ridiculous that I can’t get an $115 bracelet replacement for something that’s obviously a manufacturer defect.

First time here! I was super excited to buy my boyfriends mom a gift, as soon as I walk in no one looked up to acknowledge that it was there. Okay fine everyone seems busy. Finally the one girl looks up and ask if I need help I said yes I'm looking for a birth stone to put on a neckless. She proceeds to unbox the boxes she was unloading and tells me to go look over to the front, I walk over confused not knowing which area to look. I finally point and ask this one ? She's like ya! ( still hasn't moved from where she is ). While I'm looking the gentleman helping a woman seems annoyed and miserable, I really wasn't paying attention but as soon as the woman left he turns around to the staff to talk poorly about the woman! In front of me! Now the girl I'm asking for help still hasn't moved and she's screaming across the room asking me questions as people are talking. Finally I asked the young woman ( who was actually really friendly )for help ( the gentleman who was rude to the other woman, overheard, and just rolled his eyes) . She said the other girl was asking me questions for a certain reasons ( she was polite about it ) but I explained to her there was no reason to be shouting across the room like if I was an inconvenience . The young woman did her job and was very polite. I wasn't able to get there names but it's January 13 at 7:30pm. Whatever staff was there needs customer service training! Brikeissy was the young woman who was super polite and helped me with my purchase!

We took our granddaughter there to do her Christmas shopping. She is only 10 but wanted to get her mom & grandmas something special. She saved all year. The staff was super patient & helpful in assisting her to pick out nice, reasonably priced ($25) charms.
