These guys did a great job on my truck - replaced rear wheel and suspension, rear quarter panel.
6 months later I had an issue, a bolt in my knuckle broke, there was some uncertainty with why it happened, but Mountain View took care of me and my truck, no questions asked.
The PDR they did also came out like new.

Experience with front desk was bad, you have to call so many times to get someone to talk to and they are full of misinformation. Their billing is unnecessarily expensive, you can get better pricing elsewhere - My final bill included $400 health scan ($200 per hour x 2) which I thought was ridiculous for a rear glass replacement work. I only used them because they are the only Rivian certified near my location and my car is Rivian. The 2 stars is for the work done (rear glass replacement) which is ok but if you have options you probably can find better pricing elsewhere.

Mountain View was recommend by another Rivian owner after I got a crazy estimate from another authorized body shop. They came 2/3 the cost! And they did a great job. Highly recommend.

I recently brought my Tesla Model Y to Mountain View Auto Body in Wayne after an auto accident. Initially, I contacted the Tesla Collision shop in Paramus, but they were at capacity and couldn't accommodate my car. They recommended Mountain View, as it's a certified Tesla collision shop.
From the beginning, Mountain View did an excellent job keeping me informed about the completion status. My car was ready a week earlier than expected, and the body and paint were flawless. The checkout process was efficient and thorough, with the team explaining all the work done on my car.
Additionally, they went above and beyond by adding back a small piece of PPF to the back door after painting it. While I would have been fine without it, this attention to detail was an added bonus.
I am extremely pleased with the results and am glad to have my Tesla back looking like new. I highly recommend Mountain View Auto Body for their outstanding service and meticulous work.

My Nightmare Experience at a Wayne Car Repair Shop.
I recently had a truly stressful and frustrating experience with a car repair shop in Wayne. It all started when I dropped off my car in mid-July, expecting to pick it up on August 2nd, as confirmed by the shop's weekly text message updates. However, just hours after receiving this confirmation on July 22, I got another text saying my car was ready for pickup immediately.
This sudden change completely disrupted my plans, as I had already made arrangements based on the initial completion date. To make matters worse, the shop then threatened to charge me exorbitant daily fees if I didn't pick up the car within 24 hours. When I called to express my frustration and seek clarification, the representative was unhelpful and even refused to connect me with a supervisor.
The following morning, my wife went to the shop to pick up the car, but the same representative insisted we needed an appointment and claimed the car wouldn't be ready until 4 pm. This was despite the fact that the shop was completely empty. After some back-and-forth, they finally released the car within minutes.
The whole expirince was incredibly stressful and left me feeling taken advantage of. The shop's aggressive tactics, misleading communication, and lack of accountability were truly appalling. I hope by sharing my story, I can warn others about this shop's predatory practices and encourage them to choose a more reliable shop.

Mountain View did a fantastic job on my car. The turnaround time was fast and the quality of the work was perfect. Plus, my car was spotless inside and out like it was brand new when I got it back.

DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CAR!
this place is beyond awful. They kept my car for 7 weeks and it wasn’t even in a collision. All they had to do was clean some overspray and replace trim parts. They blamed the insurance company, they blamed the parts supplier, never once took responsibility for such an excessive repair time. And the best part, when I picked up my car they ruined the windshield and windows with a power tool. Scratches everywhere.
Now I have to go through insurance to repair the damage these fools did to my vehicle.
Save yourself a headache and go elsewhere. The employees are rude and weirdly aggressive when you speak to them also.
I wouldn’t come back here for any reason, not even for a briefcase full of cash.

Not only did she complete the repairs ahead of schedule, but she also kept our vehicle safe while we were on holiday, which was a huge relief. The quality of the work was outstanding, making our car look as good as new. Her communication throughout the process was excellent, ensuring we were always informed.
