Bobby was fabulous! Called before showing up for the walk through of our expansion ( they did the original system years ago). The day of installation was equally as fabulous. Omar & his team were on time. They had to hunt for the buried contol boxes, but you had no idea once they were done. The expansion is complete!

Don’t look anywhere else, book them! Honest, very well priced, communicative and extremely responsive team. They gave me a quote within 15 minutes, once I agreed booked everything right away and made the process as seamless as possible. Got the job done the following day with 0 hiccups and left our yard looking better than it did before. 10/10 would use them again

Sought out 7 different quotes and pricing was by far the most competitive. By the time we said go, they installed only a few days later. Project was done quickly but at high quality. They did a great job cleaning up and curating the lawn to make it look like they were never even here. Omar and Bobby were easy to work with and went the extra mile to explain the ins and outs of lawn irrigation. Would highly recommend.

Morris & Bergen set me up with a full yard irrigation system after I initially contracted with them through CLC Landscape Design. Bobby is a great guy - he was highly available to answer all of my questions, made sure his team was all set up to start work and even came back after the work was done to adjust some of the water coverage that was saturating one low lying area. The work for ~5500 sq ft took just a day and was done before I even realized. I would highly recommend them to anyone interested.

Morris & Bergen just installed our irrigation system and we could not be more pleased. From the get go, Bobby was very responsive and accommodating in scheduling the install according to our timeline with installation of new sod. He answered all of our questions and has been ultra available throughout the process and post install. Paolo the crew leader and his men did exactly as Bobby clearly communicated to us. It’s refreshing to work with them and we strongly recommend the team!

I was using my regular supplier for 15 years. After them have an inexperienced service person coming to my house in April and telling me I had a leak in the system and it would require a "special piece" of equipment in order to fix and it wasn't available due to new installations. I waited 6 weeks and finally contacted Morris & Bergen. They arrived and the service person had my system running in 15 minutes. It was a minor leak he say immediately and had it repaired in 10 minutes. Replaces a few heads and adjusted the others and set my timer. Will definitely be using them from now on. Great response time, cost and knowledgeable!!

I waited from 1-5 pm called them after 5 and she said they were knocked the door and no one was there. I have camera system on my home and told her no one show up she is not even sorry for that. The staff are rude and non helpful. I waited 2 weeks for this appointment.Never work again.

Very happy with the service from this company. I would HIGHLY recommend Morris & Irrigation for any lawn and irrigation work. Joey was very professional, quick and thorough. He repaired our sprinkler system today and changed the parts that needed updating. He set up the sprinkler program and suggested maintenance to the system. I will be using them without any reservations for my sprinkler system needs from now on.

This negative google review is regarding the receptionists. I wanted to voice my opinion to the owner. If you are looking for rude behavior, then that is exactly what you will receive.I have been a customer for over 20 years and the quality of customer service has declined over the past few years. Early spring activation for your irrigation dictates how your lawn will look for the season. Expensive lawn treatments need to be watered. Expensive landscaping needs to have water. I called for an appointment and was given a date 4 weeks out. It is unacceptable to be given an appointment a month out to activate your irrigation system. Undervaluing your lawn care needs is not desirable. It was very unpleasant to speak to a receptionist today, explaining my lawn concerns and she kept saying okay okay well okay. Not receptive in the least. I then said to her that she has been very rude to me in the past years. She then said, “oh no I haven’t because I just started here”. That being said, the receptionist model there is undesirable. Why would one use this company if there are so many other quality companies out there. That being said, I called a company that I use for my Christmas Decor. I booked an appt. for next week. To the owner of Morris Bergen Irrigation, your receptionists (more than one receptionist) are a disservice to your business. Just remember, this is the first line of customer service.

Everything was 5 star from the initial phone call, the scheduling of the installation, the planning of the installation with proper markings for underground utilities, and finally the actual install date. Bobby came out! Super crew that was able to explain everything and dealt with the minor problems that arose with our installation!!Thank you Bergen Irrigation!! Our grass is already greener!

I use their services for irrigation as does most of my family. Their customer service has always been on the terse side. But after a discrepancy with a price that was quoted to me and e-mailed to me, and confirmed by phone... a recent conversation escalated on both sides. There was a price adjustment because I did not have an extension cord. The technician removed a sprinkler control box, and in replacing it found he now needed an extension . Ultimately, he had to provide a wire, and I needed to pay for that as well as the extra time. Hmm isn't that all part of the fee to replace the box? Seems not. I already pay for a service contract, and was paying the fee for the replacement of the controller, but I guess the homeowner needs to have a full tool box handy too...just in case. I would hope in the future that when they quote a price and commit it to paper, they would add a qualifier about what could increase the final amount. It feels like going to a steak house and ordering sides. It all just keeps adding up.I certainly expect that as a long time customer, with a contract that I would not be dismissed. Customer service is lacking to say the least.
