“It was ok. My older phone was acting up so I went to VZ store. Everyone who assisted was nice. Only thing negative that I must say is that customer should be advised upfront about the pricing of additional items…screen protector, car charger, etc. this would avoid customer complaints, which were handled by price adjustments”

“I went to AT&T yesterday trying to get a SIM card for LTE for a camera I bought. Luai and his associate did a great job educating me on the process and answering all my questions. They informed me since I'm on my family's plan I would save a lot more than starting a separate plan which I appreciated. They helped me get everything set up with the camera before I left. I highly recommend this store and will definitely be going back. Thank you!”
“I visited the store because I deleted my eSIM by accident. Natasha, who is the store manager was nice enough to help me. She was super professional and understanding. She also took the time to explain to me how the iPhone works. I recommend if you do visit the store to request to work with her. She is really helpful and gets you out of the store quick.”
