I needed to have photos framed and went to my local Michaels' . The woman that helped me was the same that patiently helped me two years ago with another project I needed framed. I had a lot of leg pain, and she could not have been more helpful or kind. Brought me out her stool so I could sit, and kept moving on the project. While she was measuring, another woman shopping said to me "This woman is a gem, she has helped me before." Could not agree more, wish I caught her first name, but I believe her surname is Matano? Just cannot thank her enough. Chris B.

Great selections at reasonable prices. Clean store, helpful staff, good coupons and specials. Need additional checkout people not self checkout
