Took hubby's wedding ring to be sized and repaired (after the piece they added during a previous sizing years ago broke off???). I decided to have engraving added as a surprise for my husband. The repair and engraving took longer than expected. I finally called them, only to be told that oops, they messed up the engraving. So at this point I just want the ring back. Nope, they will have to charge me for the messed up engraving unless they remove it. (REALLY???) Fine, I let them remove the engraving and take the ring after paying for the repair. In their haste to remove the engraving, the ring must have been enlarged when they removed the inside layer of the ring because it slipped off my husband's finger at work and is gone. We lost a $2,800 18K gold and diamond wedding band that was very special to us and can't be replaced because they just HAD to remove their messed up engraving. Thank you so much, Massola.

George is an artist. He makes incredible rings and I couldn’t imagine a better jeweler. I recently upgraded my wife’s engagement ring and only had a few pictures of what she liked to go off of. Somehow he pulled them all together into something that she absolutely adores. Everyone in our family has always gone here for our jewelry needs and the experience is consistently excellent.

Beautiful jewelry (their pieces, selection and quality are just stunning) and they have unbelievable customer service. George and Roger are the absolute best. Their talent is limitless, as they custom made my engagement ring and made every detail flawless. My family and I will never go to another jeweler ~ my parents go to them, my fiance and I go to them and I buy all of the jewelry that I give to my niece and Goddaughter from them. They are timeless.

This is the best Jewelry store in the area. Their prices are fair and the service is excellent. A few examples: - I went to another Jewelry store that advertised that they bought gold. I asked for a price and they gave me a price of $200/oz. I said but gold is selling for $1500/ oz( at the time). Massola offered me the $1500/oz minus 5-10% fee. - I brought a watch in for repair, the quote was $95.00 to repair it, When I picked it up they said $10.00. I said no that's wrong, it's supposed to be $95.00. George said that it turned out it was a simple fix(dirt or something) and only charged me $10. He could have easily charged me the $95 I would have never known. - my wife's ring lost a small diamond. He replaced it for $50. My wife put it on and a day later another small diamond fell out. I brought it to George, and he embarrassedly said he should have checked all the diamonds when he replaced the original one missing. He added the second and didn't charge me anything.

I will never go to another Jeweler again and neither should you. I came here from New York to get my fiancé’s wedding band. He custom made it to perfectly fit her engagement ring and fulfilled our vision for the ring better than what we could have imagined. Its a long way to get here for me but its worth it. Massola Jewelers are honest, professional, and accommodating. I am extremely happy with their services.

Never again. It's a shame because the dad always did great work and the unapologetic manner shown by the staff there was just out right enough reason to not return. Off center engraving and completely ruined jewelry from my deceased husband. Had a bracelet that needed a clasp preferably to match the gold and white gold, and got a necklace clasp in stifling silver which was not meant for a bracelet. New stone in ring which I asked to be installed was not set right, has the edges rough and it already came out - not a week ago when it was installed.
