Always shop this location. Employees in jewelry area always go above and beyond as well as fragrances. Today I visited shoes to make a return and the manager, Selene, as well as the cashier, Azir , made me feel like I was committing theft. It's not usual to buy shoes online only to find the fit isn't right. I didn't have my online receipt and knew it was impossible to receive what I paid for them. I was fine and understood policy. End of story .. I kindly gave the shoes to Selene and requested she keep them. I needed to purchase additional items but decided my money was not welcomed at Macys today. Customer service is everything and the old rule - customer is always right. Is true.

Four stars for Macy's. The Macy's location in Willowbrook seems to be going in a better direction than several other retailers I've visited recently. I encountered upbeat and positive staff members. Many of the departments have been renovated or refreshed. The clothing inventory was modern and well presented. And it's still one of the best places to purchase gifts in a wide price range. Macy's Willowbrook feels like a brick & mortar store you want to come back to, an experience that you can't have with online shopping.

Got some Chanel as a gift and the bottle was broken. Took it in and exchanged it. Their inventory is really low but I guess it's still expected. Nice employees. Only took me five minutes to get what I came for.

1100 Willowbrook Mall Wayne, NJ 07470 I encountered an associate a number of times that at this location named Brian who I felt inclined to write about. To whom it may concern, I rarely write anymore these days but I wanted to recognize and recommend that someone in a position of authority go to this location and just do a walk through unannounced and casually watch this associate his name is Brian this is the first time I have ever done this and only witnessing his hard work after 5 different visits over the last month made me ask him the time just to get his name. Apologies but I wanted to know he deserves soo much and I feel that the recognition may not be seen but remember I don't know him at all. He does stock and fixes making the store more functional but if it was I personally there is more to this guy I know maybe it's a stretch but he's a STAR and I just want to say this. I worked hard in my life and I admire Brian for his dedication to service never seeming to Fail in my presence and consistent like a Heartbeat. I am Proud of Him and want to say Thank you to Him, the Person's who hired, and work with Him and really he seems to never stop so he's Willowbrook Macy's Unsung Hero!! Brian you're 100!! You Make my Day everytime I visit because of Your Hard Work and Dedication to Your Role!! I hope and Pray You see this and know that Everything you do is appreciated I am a Man so to You I say Keep your head High and You deserve the Best because You are the Best. Great Work Brian!!!

I discovered STORY upon researching for local events in my area. I knew I had to visit this spot for their terrarium plant night event last Wednesday. It was so much fun that I also signed up for tonight's tie dye night. The staffs are so helpful and friendly!!! I did not feel pressured to purchase anything. But of course you are welcome to purchase anything that catches your eyes. :) STORY is a pop up store stationed at selective Macys locations. They reinvented the retail experience for me. The shop changes their theme every eight weeks, and each theme features hundred of fun and even quirky curated products that may not be sold in big box stores. Their current story theme is "outdoors" and I am already looking forward to their upcoming events and new products for sale!!

Oh no, how are you girls going to get your party drugs once you've been laid off? This is the pattern for the rest of your lives, failures. It's eerie how often bad things happen to people or companies that piss me off. I mean people die and even big companies go under and none of it has anything to do with me. This has been going on all my life. Even the cosmos rewards me for being a good guy and winner. I have no interest in seeing Macys go out of business. Just hire and train professional mature adults. Considering your state birds are paranoia and low self-esteem, you have my sympathy. Three words for management: random drug testing.

This store is the worst. I ordered three pairs of shoes. Two out of three were incorrect! One was the wrong size and the other was a completely different style than I ordered and now when I check for the one I really want it says out of stock!!!!! I'm so angry. I want my money back plus the correct shoes!!!!

This Macys has such potential. It is an anchor store at Willowbrook mall with a multitude if entrances. When you walk in it always smells good, and you are greeted by a wonderful aroma whether it is perfumes or just a floral scent. It is always clean, orderly and well stocked. So why not 5 stars you ask. The customer service could use some help. This is my second time doing an online pick up, and they do not know how to smile. I had the same woman both times - young, thin, long dark hair, maybe Latina. She will not smile and seems labored when asking you how can she help. She is efficient enough but her energy is off. But she is not what motivated me to write today. There was a table set up with pastries and drinks, that I totally walked by and did not notice. I had to navigate through a group of about 4 women to get to the online pickup across from lingerie. As I was waiting for my package to be retrieved O hear the loudest (blobde) ask a customer was she here for the party. I turn Round and walk to the aisle and notice the set up. One of the group members was standing about 5 ft from me distracted by her purse. When another customer came in she asked her about the party, so I realized she was a host as well. I picked up my package and passed by again to leave. That's 3x I was in their area and they never greeted me or invited me to their party. Now I was dressed down because I was coming straight from the gym and wanted to take care if this pickup. I guess I was not worthy of an invite. The joke is in them though...poor customer service and prejudicial treatment will always be yelped. Note: They may have been contractors and not actual Macys employees.

If I could give zero stars I would. Husband and I went to this location as we are looking for couches for our new home. Immediately a sales associate was on top of us. We explained we wanted to look around and we'd let her know if we needed help. She kept on us constantly, an hour went by and I can't even tell you what I liked because she wouldn't stop pushing us. It was beyond frustrating, and annoying. She then had the nerve to say, I'm leaving in 15 minutes so what do you like? Uhm I don't even want to give you my business because you were so damn annoying. You need to let consumers browse, being pushy has the opposite effect.

Found what I was looking for. Extremely busy afternoon shopping at this location. Mainly due to the nice weather and the day of the week. Sandra the supervisor was very helpful.

On Tuesday, May 14, 2019 my wife went to Macy's in the WIllowbrook Mall in Wayne, NJ. I was in the market to purchase dress suites, after about 10-20 minutes of us just looking around I went up to a gentleman working alone in the Men's Department, he spent maybe 1 minute assisting us and then said he would right back. He then went over the counter in started checking out another customer; he proceeded to check out customer after customer, as my wife and I were standing there waiting. After waiting several minutes, I decided to grab two suites and try them on, after trying on two different styles, I still had questions. After about 30 minutes the gentleman came back over, asked how he can help us, when I started to ask my question he said give a minute and walked back over to counter and started checking out yet another customer. After spending an hour in the store and NOT being helped, needless to say we decided to leave, and go elsewhere.

I have come into the Men's Clothing section many times over the years. Nick D. is one of the employees that I have always been helped by. He has helped me specifically with purchasing suits. He was a great help and gave excellent feedback on good and bad choices I have made. His eye for how a suit looks on someone is second to none. He is one of the best sales associates that Macy's has to offer. If you need help while there, I highly recommend finding him.

I went to the Estee Lauder make up counter on Thursday. As Double wear has changed their color selection over the past couple of years a few times, the lady behind the counter offered me excellent service. She was attentive, swatched me for the right color just in case (I wasn't sure about shade) and gave me a sample size to take home until my foundation would arrive (I had to get shipping because they were out of my color). She was everything and more I excepted. Thank you!

While this Macy's literally has WAAAAAY more merchandise and specialty areas such as their huge Backstage area, it is unfortunately a bit of a hot mess with sketchy and questionable customer service. I selected 3 different styles of boots and they only had my size in 1, however, the pair was clearly worn and returned and should've been salvaged out. I finally landed on a pair of shoes instead of boots and the box only had 1 shoe. The sales associate believed the mate was the display shoe but when I checked it was an entirely different size and thus my shoe was a loner and couldn't be sold. I was excited during my shopping time in Backstage and Last Act until I encountered the most miserable sales associate ever. When I asked her if I could be rung up at the register she literally ignored me. I decided to ask again to give her the benefit of the doubt and again, straight ignored. She then called someone else over to ring me out and proceeded to hold an entire conversation with her. There are plenty of other Macy's in the area that I will opt to visit instead of this location.
