What a wonderfully pleasant shopping experience! As if LUSH products aren’t dreamy enough already, my friend and I had such top notch customer service at this location. While the differences of each product were being explained to us, it felt like we were talking to friends and not employees. I cannot recommend this store enough ☺️ Thank you Taylor and Stephanie!!!

This was my first time visiting this place and first time purchasing bath bombs etc. I went to get some for my daughter in law to gift it when coming to visit us for first time after marriage. The shop assistant Julia was the best. I told her this is the first time and she guided me with my choices and to stay within my budget. She was very patient and stood by me till I completed the shopping . She gave away wonderful gits. Recommend everyone to ask for her assistance

Julia the sales associate was so sweet and cool. She gave us samples and was around for questions.
My one peeve about Lush is the soap bars and other bars that sit out have dust and other grime on them. Overall good experience at this store though and I love Lush products.

Stepped into this store for the first time. The name and appearance is what caught my eye. Julia was most helpful describing the products, making recommendations, and also providing insights on the companies outreach and social justice mission. Loretta was nice and friendly as well.
I purchased a couple of products one being a shampoo bar that I am happy with. I plan on returning to purchase a conditioner bar to go with the soap.

This place is so wonderful!!! KJ was so helpful and knowledgable, and she seemed happy to answer all my nerdy ingredients questions! I got to explore and try a variety of products (they were well stocked w soaps, shampoos, bath bombs, lotions, perfumes, scrubs, and masks) and I didn't feel rushed/pressured or at all by the employees. The store itself was also so wonderful in terms of civil rights; there was an actionable letterbox being sent to Congress asking customers to write to support an investigation of Oklahoma's 1921 Tulsa Race Massacre, and there was also an informational pamphlet about trans rights and ways to support trans people. I found this very impressive.??✨The store also clearly cares about plastic-free package options, fair trade practises, and cruelty free testing, and they use also 100% vegan ingredients. I was so honestly impressed with this store, both because of the nice people working there and the broader corporation's support of civil rights. Also my soap smells fantastic! All in all, I didn't realize how great Lush is becuase I had assumed they were just a basic greenwashing shill, but instead they seemed genuinely involved in green and civil rights causes. I am proud to support the company by occassionally treating myself to a bar of soap here. PS my soap slice cost $10, but the price to make a handmade DIY soap of similar quality is similar ($10-15) so I don't mind.

Julia helped me and she was very knowledgeable in not only the products but in skin types as well. She was super helpful and friendly and I felt comfortable with her service . She knew all the right things to say and I appreciate her assistance and genuine advice.

I love lush products. coming to this store was my first time ever trying lush and the staff was somewhat helpful but they could definitely step it up a bit. Also I bought a face and body polish and when I got home noticed it was about to expire in two days.I live far from any lush store in general so it was hard to bring back to exchange. Let’s just say I kept using it after the expiration date haha but overall I have had some good experiences here and gotten some great products!
