Julia the sales associate was so sweet and cool. She gave us samples and was around for questions. My one peeve about Lush is the soap bars and other bars that sit out have dust and other grime on them. Overall good experience at this store though and I love Lush products.

I didn't think it was possible to replace the Short Hills location, but somehow, Willow has. Same excellent service and experience. We will be back.
