The only place where you get bloodwork done and still bleed after. I’ve never been through a painful experience of getting blood drawn but they somehow made it happen.

Avoid at all costs. Wasted 1 hour of my time. Stopped by on the way to work without an appointment. Ask about the wait time and been told 30 minutes. One hour later I inquired again and been told that It will be another 30 minutes because I did not make an appointment. WELL, IF YOU WOULD TELL ME THAT WHEN I ARRIVED I WOULD NOT WAIT AND WOULD MAKE AN APPOINTMENT FOR A LATER TIME. Terrible customer service people. I just lett after wasting an hour of my time. Will not be returning to any labcorps.

Unfortunately this lab corp ran the wrong test on my 2 year olds blood then sent it to the wrong pediatrician and the results never populated on my portal. I have called the location multiple times but no one answers the phone. I have sent multiple messages to lab corp to add on the correct test to prevent my son from being stuck again and no one returns my messages or disregards the issue. This is purely sloppy office work at the patients expense. I’m hoping they can make this right and add on the correct test asap before my son’s blood is thrown away.

LabCorp on Hamburg turnpike is not open at 7 AM. One phlebotomist showed up at 7:08 and they were 15 people waiting outside, so I was one of them waiting.I left

I am beyond frustrated with my experience today (10-7-2023) at this Labcorp. Their posted hours on Google, their website, and right on their door all state a closing time of 11:00 am. Yet, when I arrived at 10:48 am, after a considerable drive, I was informed they had ceased accepting patients since 10:30 am. This is unacceptable! Other patients were equally irate about this early cut-off. It's evident that the service quality here has nosedived. Labcorp needs to seriously address these glaring inconsistencies or risk losing long-time patrons like myself.

This place is getting worse every visit,Management please try to find out what’s going on with the employees ,I guess they are not care about the people who have plans and waiting Almost 2 and half hours for do the blood work.Common lab corp, you could do much more better!!

There really should be a no star option. This was the WORST medical experience I have ever had. I don't even know where to start . Let me start with the ONE positive, the young lady that drew my blood was an angel she was calming and sweet and patient, she even asked me all about the book I was reading to take my mind off of the needle. I have nothing bad to say about her. Now let's get to the rest of the staff shall we? I walked in and waited patiently at the front desk , I am having a serious medical issue that doctors are trying to figure out so I was told to go here. I also suffer from extreme anxiety which was already high from being sick and then seeing the waiting room packed. Suddenly the girl behind the desk without even looking up barks "you have to check in at the stand and it will be an hour wait" ok strike one I already didn't like her. I did as I was told and about a half hour later she calls me in to handle my insurance and payment once again not even looking at me or being polite. I was then told to go back out into the waiting room to wait. Well I sat there one hour and 45 minutes waiting to be called and I noticed people that came after me going in before me so I went back to her and asked what was going on . I could tell by the look on her face that someone had screwed up my paperwork and overlooked me. She then said "oh sis you give me your paperwork and pay already "? Well maybe if you would have looked me in the eye once you would know I did as I was the only person there with flaming red hair and covered in tattoos. She then quickly said go have a sit in the back. At this point I'm furious but tell myself it's almost over. I sit there and again people after me went in before me so now I'm going to lose it. I stopped a short Indian (I believe) and said what is the issue because at this point I'm here two hours. She then asked me my name , looks me dead in the eye and says "oh yeah I called you about ten times" really?! Really?! I o told her she was a liar as I was there the whole time and no one called me nor did they text me to tell me to go in as they are supposed to. I didn't leave that sit the entire time, not even to use a bathroom! She literally just walked away from me before I could rip into her which was about to happen. Thankfully the one person with a brain and compassion who I mentioned earlier called me over right away. To the horrible employees, if you see this you chose the wrong profession. People that come in are SICK, some of us are in pain, some of us are terrified because we have been put through test after test and are basically waiting to hear if we have a death sentence. If you cannot show kindness and compassion and a little common sense go get another job because you were truly some of the most awful people I have ever met

What I like about this lab is that they got Saturday Appointments which works great with my schedule since I am free where it doesn’t affect my job having to come to work late. Thank You ?

No one is working there i guess. Wait times longer than 30 minutes!Staff is just sitting there and not calling any patients in. Not coming back to this location. People have plans!

Booked an appointment so I could have routine blood work done on my lunch break, arrived 5 minutes early to a full waiting room. Waited for 20 minutes with more people checking in and out and no one brought back. I ended up leaving after hearing someone who had been there well before me had 5 people in front of them. The staff were very sweet and kind at the front, but it was just one person when you needed 2 or 3. I don’t blame them, I blame labcorp for mismanagement and taking advantage of peoples time. If you’re going to make someone wait an hour, when they have an appointment then what’s the point of having that system at all?
