It felt a little chaotic and unorganized. This Kohls needs a major makeover. It felt like items were arranged in a sloppy order, employees were not friendly or welcoming, and it felt more like a maze with clothes racks than other Kohl's I have been to. Has management given up on putting the effort in to make it presentable? When I visit a store like Kohl's, I want to be able to find what I am looking for with minimal effort. It's lacking a natural flow. I am being generous with a two star rating.

I've never been to a kohls so this was my first time I found blue jeans and they fit perfectly I will be shopping here for a winter coat in September store and staff were clean and very helpful

Good place to go when you need a gift or everyday stuff. They always have great prices here and sales going on. The store has changed it's layout over the years but it's always clean and I always find what I'm looking for. They do have a great area for makeup now as well but I do miss going there for some nice jewelry. I wish they would bring back a jewelery counter. This was always a great place to go when I was looking for something nice instead of going to a jewelry store. Kohl's had a big selection whether you were looking for something small or big for an occasion. Over all i would highly recommend this place anytime and especially around the holidays when your looking for a great gift or just something for yourself!

Such a shame I loved this kohls, but today's visit was awful. This store is an absolute mess. Fitting rooms filled with clothes, no size variety for items on display, low stock in all departments and the entire store looks like a war zone. I can tell it's a staffing issue, there's only a handful of people working and they are so friendly but overwhelmed. I wanted to shop in store and not online but this was frustrating. The quality of the kohls exclusive brands has declined and dramatically risen in price as well.
