Amanda was an absolute pleasure to work with and so helpful in addressing my needs for homeowners insurance and reviewing my current policies for where I could have better coverage. Due to a pandemic loan I received from the government for my home-based business, the SBA required me to purchase additional insurance.I contacted State Farm, my home insurance company, who called me back within a few hours. What I was MOST impressed by was Robert Delguercio, who was so kind and sympathetic to my plight from the very first phone call. It was an unusual request that the office had not had before from other small business owners. He could have just said, sorry, we don't do that kind of thing. Which is actually what I'd expected. But instead he & Krisley researched and was able to tell me the following week that he was able to help me. He contacted me every other day to let me know that he was working on it, that he didn't forget about me, which I thought was just so nice of him. He treated me the way I treat my own clients, which I so appreciate! God Bless him and the Wayne, NJ office.

Jason bush office is pretty roomy and neat. The service is pretty well + in person experience is great the break downs were a lot easy over the phones. Crew does try there best to explain and help you out if you don't under and they do focuses on coverages you need rather than what they just want to give you.

I have been with the agency few years ago. Krisly Mena has been excelente agent. She understands the requirements and gives multiple options. Also quick response for any calls. Krisly not only saved us money but go us much better coverage than our last insurance company offered. Highly recommended!!!!!

Amazing office and staff. Great communication, service and consideration towards their customers financial situations. Customer service is polite, well spoken, very respectful and professional. There is this one employee named Krisley. Her work is beyond exceptional. She works to her best ability and does everything she can to help those who come to her have the best insurance that fits their situations. I would definitely recommend Jason Bush to handle all your insurance needs. I have known Jason for several years, he has always been very responsive and a big help whenever needed. There are many State Farm agents in the North Jersey area, but Jason and his staff are the best.
