the dumb girl that worked there didn’t let me and my sister get pierced even thoight i am 19 and can sign off for my sister. she said “it has to be a parent” even thought a few weeks ago they let my friend sign off for my sister. the girl goes “i might have let it happen once but not again” so what your telling me is that sometimes you let people sign off on their friends/siblings and sometimes you don’t. regardless we left annoyed and the worker made no sense and was so rude

I think a manager or supervisor was at the store this morning and got very nasty over me not having a receipt when I had the card I paid with. Mind you I spent over $70 two weeks prior and was told I can exchange any item I purchased. All I wanted to do was exchange an item and she was gossiping to a worker about it. They made me very uncomfortable as if I didn’t pay for the item I brought in. Do better or else you’ll go out of business like all the other icing stores. Disgusting customer service.

I went in on a Sunday and got my ears pierced. The lady that pierced my ears was extremely nice, and took her time sanitizing everything before we began. I think her name was Helena. I really like this location! All the workers were very nice and polite .

My card decline (embarrassing) but the amazing lady at the register payed for the difference. she was super helpful and friendly the entire time i was there. i would definitely go again. it made my day ! if you see this, thank you so much again !

Spend your money elsewhere. Terrible quality. Worst customer service experience I have ever had. I did not get her name but it was the girl with purple hair who “helped” me. I purchased necklaces that turned out to be broken and wanted to return or exchange what I bought. Store policy says I can’t return things that have red stickers on them (which was not made clear to me at the time of purchase). I can exchange the item for the same one if it’s on the shelf. They did not have the same exact item I bought and she didn’t offer me any solution other than to throw it out. Keep in mind I have worked many years in jewelry retail and the attitude that the cashier gave me was extremely inappropriate. It’s no excuse if you’re having a bad day to take it out on PAYING customers. Icing really needs to work on training their staff and stop stealing people’s money by selling broken jewelry.

I had the best experience with the employee at the Willowbrook Mall store #8004 and I'm so mad at myself I forgot her name because I told her I was goin to rave about her assistance - she called & texted two stores to help me find a rhinestone headband/waistband I needed for my daughter for her debut as a flower girl. She suggested to order to store for pick up. Thank you so much
